Yiayia's House of Pancakes

We went there for first time with the whole family for the fall break. The food was delicious, especially the stuffed French toast, and the eggs skillet and Benedict. all my kids loving their brunch tough there's couple of mishaps with the order since there are couple new people in the kitchen, but our waitress and Danielle, the manager handled it professionally and want us to come back next time with the good experience :) Thank you..we are surely will come back

I went there for the first time today with a friend. Both of us brought our kids (2 and under) and the staff was so nice and welcoming! (Not to mention that their high chairs were clean, and had high backs which is so hard to find in restaurants.) I loved how their big breakfast meal came with so many sides as part of the meal, whereas the big places like iHop make you choose or pay extra. The service was timely and everything came out correct. Thank you so much!

Danielle - one of the general managers was rounding on customers to see about our experience this morning - Excellent! Sunday morning 8am breakfast to catch up with family. Warm atmosphere and quickly seated at our booth - tables are available as well. My first trip. One family member had been coming for 8 yrs. My "Real Treat"(?) Stuffed French Tst was truly perfection. It looked as if it was a prop for a menu photo shoot and tasted like a dream - perfectly balanced sweetness with my hot coffee served regularly by our fantastic server. Biscuits and gravy for my family - one ordered a 1/2 order - prepared well. Danielle and server both said same thing when we apologized for holding the table spot through our conversation after breakfast: "Stay as long as you like ... Would you like some more coffee?" Great place - be patient with them as they plan on improving their parking lot and restrooms in the near future - but, y'all come! And grab some eclairs from the bakery cabinet at the register on your way out!

We found this delightful restaurant based on reviews. My review is equally glowing! Our server Julie, was so friendly and attentive. We had Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast and Yiayia's Special pancakes. The pancakes were topped with homemade yogurt and granola, yum! The poached eggs were prepared perfectly and the hollandaise sauce was outstanding. We will go out of our way to come back to this hidden jewel!

Service fantastic…food awesome…just a great experience. Omelettes, sandwiches all good! I would suggest the crunchy French toast..

First time here! Food was amazing, our waitress was wonderful and the food arrived quickly! Restaurant has plenty of seating and is very family friendly!

Great place for breakfast. I was here on Easter Sunday. The place was almost packed and still the service was very fast. Lot of good options and i went with Frittata.

Arrived at 1:00 on a Sunday. They are only open until 3pm but we we seated immediately. Ordered my favorite dish, the Greenwood Crepes and it was fantastic. A friend ordered the stuffed waffles and ate every bite. My wife ordered bacon and eggs and enjoyed them too. Our waitress was fantastic and attentive and the staff were friendly. If you are looking for good food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go! Keep in mind that they are NOT open past 3pm.

Gluten free English muffin and breakfast made to order. Those hash browns are exactly what I asked for--crispy, scattered. Same with bacon. Wow. They are so nice. Becky takes great care of us. Highly recommend.

My service is aways great!!! The remodel looks great!! I can't wait to see when you get everything done. Food is aways good. The grill chicken is me favorite.

To put it simply, YiaYia's is the place that caters to everyone's collective memory of being in a food coma during the car ride back after visiting your grandma's house because she absolutely wouldn't let you leave hungry. If you're coming for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, loosen your belt, because portion sizes are generous and pleasantly served. You'll see all sorts of retirees and seniors here, because that's just the sort of eatery this is: one with happy regulars.

Delicious food and amazing service. Julie was a phenomenal waitress. We were some of the first to be seated when they opened - not sure if the heat was broken, but it was rather cold and I'm glad we brought jackets inside.

Great staff very friendly, portions nice for the money, never had to ask for anything our was on it. Great food, first time here but highly recommended will definitely be back when in the area!!

I'm giving 5 stars. The food was good and and priced like other similar places. They were very friendly and accommodating especially considering we arrived with 20 people during an already very busy time.

Well the kids wanted to lick their plates 🤣 So it's going to be a family favorite! Amazing crepes, Mexican scramble was delicious! Go ahead and start driving, you won't be disappointed!

We had an amazingly TREMENDOUS experience at Yiayia's this weekend!

Our food litterally came out in less than 10mins, and every bit of it was delicious!

Our server Sophie (spelling?) was very busy, delightful, and constantly smiling.

The manager who seated us was also a delight to encounter.

I would highly recommend breakfadt here to anyone in the Greenwood area!
