Boone Dog Pizza

Amazing pizza! A definite must try if you are in Sisters. I have the Brooklyn Cheese pizza. The crust was amazing. Nice cheese pulls. The sauce was simple but flavorful. My friend had the jalapeno and corn pizza with cilantro crema. The sweet pops of corn mixed with the spicy jalapeno slices and the cilantro crema create a delicious flavor bomb. The service was surprisingly quick for how busy it was.

Delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza really is wood-fired. You can taste the char from the oven, which was my favorite part. The setting in the food truck court was chill and the neighboring beer shack had a nice selection. The guys working the pizza spot were friendly and the food didn't take too long even though they were a busy, popular spot. The food left me satisfied.

This was a relaxing stop on our way back from a few days biking in Crater Lake and visiting friends in Bend and worth the extra time rather than driving steaight through.

We had a fun lake day up at Clear Lake, but were famished on the way back, so we decided that a stop in Sisters for food was a must. We landed on pizza and Boone Dog was our pick. We ordered online and arrived early thinking we would have to wait for a bit, but were impressed when we got the message that our pizza was already done earlier than expected. Awesome news on a busy hot summer weekend! The transition was smooth, and although we didn’t stay at the Barn venue it looked like a sweet spot to chill for drinks and grub. Our pizzas were piping hot out of the box and perfectly cooked! The crust was excellent! Crispy and chewy in all the right ways, the topping pairings were also superb! We got the Brooklyn cheese and it was so delicious definitely not a plain Jane cheese pie. We also enjoyed the Special Pepperoni, which had a great flavor combo and was tasty indeed. Overall, killer food truck experience! My only gripe is that they didn’t have any dressing sides…although the pies were plenty delicious on their own, I’m a sucker for all the fixins and who doesn’t like to drown their crust in some creamy dressing!? The pizza filled our bellies and we went on our way full and happy that we gave them a try and would happily do it again.

Pizza are individual size (10 inches) and definitely not cheap (mine was $18). It was super delicious, the dough was soft and crusty at the same time and the toppings top quality!

In a food truck behind The Barn. A lot of outdoor seating. Pizza was fantastic, We haven't had pizza this good in a long time. We ordered The Margarita and The Pepperoni both were amazing, just the right amount of cheese and meat.

What a nice woodfire surprise in Sisters! Quality ingredients that you can taste! The sauce was house made, it had great flavor for a pepperoni pizza. Definitely check them out worth it!

Food: authentic Italian pizza like if were in Milano.

This pizza was incredible! Maybe the best I’ve ever eaten. Both the margherita and the rosemary squash pies were to die for! I also picked up a loaf of sesame sourdough that is spectacular! And eating outdoors in front of a fire-pit with a hot toddy purchased at the bar—well it was all in all a complete win! Thank you!

We ordered the Sausage & Pepper, and the Potato & Chorizo. Both were absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of chat on the crust. I loved that the chorizo was flavorful without being overpoweringly spicy. The carmelized onions were perfection!

We were looking for a place to have lunch and read a review that this place is a saving grace of Sisters. Decided to try and complete agree. The town itself was a disappointment but it was worth being there just to be able to have some Boon Dog pizza. Pesto veggie in picture, we also had a spicy red sauce one. Entire crust was deliciously crunchy and very tasty toppings. May go back just for the pizza.

This is literally the very best spot in all of Sisters. The pie here is amazing. Without a doubt, the absolute best crust in the entire state. Kai and Danielle are absolute rockstars so if you're lucky enough to have them making your pie consider yourself fortunate. You cannot go to Sisters and not get this pie.

Literally the best vegan pizza I've ever had...the base is amazing, not too chewy or crunchy and the seasonal veggies added were just so flavorful... I didn't know what to expect since they didn't have vegan cheese but Boone Dog really surpassed my expectations!

Ok…. This might be the best pizza in central Oregon !!!

Firstly, I’m an actual Italian (well half Italian), who’s spent plenty of time in Naples (ask Stanley Tucci - it’s the home of pizza in Italy). So I have a very strict view on what makes good pizza… and I’ve struggled in central Oregon.

So this place obviously know the importance of pizza base … and they bake bread, so that’s a great sign.

I was very impressed. The base was great… thin, but chewy. The tomato sauce was good (not sweet) and I think I’ve found my new favourite pizza spot!!!!

Boone dog is by far the best pizza in sisters and the best part about it is they have gluten-free pizza which is almost impossible to get anywhere. If you’re looking for a great pizza spot with a fire pit and cool people Boondawg pizza is the place to be

If you’re not in the mood for pizza, you GET in the mood!!! Boone Dog pizza is out of this world!!! I am a known Pizza aficionado and this pizza is damn good!

So damn good. The best pizza in Central Oregon. High quality ingredients and the dough is tangy, chewy, snappy - everything you want in a good pie.

Ordered the a red pie, spicy, after an afternoon of snowshoeing. The crust had that light and crispy-flaky type of texture you can only get from good dough and a wood-fired oven. Truly a delicious experience and really reasonably priced.

This is one of the best pizza's I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying, the crust is unbelievably soft chewy and crispy all at the same time. The sause is so fresh and bright with notes of sweet and savory, think home grown tomato goodness. The chesse is perfectly balanced to the pie, the aged mozzarella takes this pizza to the next level. A must try for anyone and everyone!

The vegan pizza is amazing!!! So much flavor, you don't even miss the cheese ;) My spice-loving husband got the Spicy Pepperoni pizza, and it definitely pushed him to his limit. So fair warning, it's hot!
