Not bad for who trained them. ;)

Staff may not always talk or interact much aside from requesting for your money at the counter. No thank you’s or hellos at the door, they may offer a silent stare or nod. You might ask for info about items being sold near the counter, or any info at all for that matter, they may rarely know or care sometimes.

Sisters has only a few basic convenience stores open after dark. This one is good FWiW. Decently priced snacks or drinks, although the lack of having a reliable phone in-store to call them by during business hours [would make a lot of sense in such a small town, if only to save from traveling in for an item that might not be there during a storm perhaps] Anyways, conversations with customers outside Oregon are rather easygoing & commonplace where I’ve travelled in the past, across a variety of states. I don’t see that social interaction in this store, if any besides the interest given to any purchase.

Got some liquid death priced at $1.99 a can then realized after we left that we were actually charged $2.30 a can. Beware.
