Dixie's

The customer service at this store is excellent. I bring my toddler in and they are so considerate, letting her play with their toys for sale while I try on clothes. The clothes are quality and unique. I will continue to drive from Bend to shop here.

For a busy, high volume retail store, I received excellent customer service. I bought a jacket here and Katie and Julie both, were outstanding saleswomen!! You can tell they enjoy their jobs and the products they are selling. I was impressed at the variety of items they sell in Dixies, varying in all price ranges. Will definitely come back to shop next time I'm in Sisters!

I'd like to start by saying I absolutely love Dixie's. It is one of my favorite shops and I love the atmosphere.

Today, I was in Dixie's and watched a very unfortunate scene. As a lady and her family were checking out, she seemed unhappy. When she asked the girl checking them out if the girl in the back worked there, she replied "yes" and they continued by saying she almost lost the sale for them and she was being "rude."

The gal checking them out then seemed confused and replied with "oh.." taken aback by what the lady just told her. The lady then immediately proceeded to get more upset, saying the checker didn't care either, and that "sealed the deal." She stormed out saying she never had worse service.

I hate to witness such a negative encounter because Dixie's is a family-owned business, and it shows! Everyone in the store is super friendly, helpful, and obviously busy working with all the customers in the store. They take pride in their customer service and I always feel welcomed every time I come into the shop.

I would recommend this shop to everyone. It's unfortunate that this customer was clearly having a bad day, and it came out onto the employees at Dixie's. She's missing out and I hope she has a better day!

Great customer service. I went in to look around not expecting to buy my first pair of Wrangler jeans. I must have tried on 6 pair until I found the perfect fit. The sales lady was so patient and friendly, she made me feel comfortable with my decision and that I’d chosen the right store.

We love Dixies! Coolest store. We have bought a few cowboy/cowgirl hats here and cute pendleton stuff. They have an amazing selection of quality boots, hats and western wear

A few weeks ago, I bought a pair of boots at Dixie's. A little bit after leaving the store, I realized there were pen marks on the boots so I took them back. Unfortunately, they were out of stock in that boot, in my size. Rigo (owner) took my information and said that he would order another pair and have them shipped to me. He stayed in contact with me throughout, letting me know when he ordered them, when he received them and and when he shipped them to me. I got them yesterday and included in the box with my boots was boot cleaner! Seriously, the best service! Thank you Rigo and Dixie's - I will be back!

Best place in Central Oregon for all things western!! Huge selection. If you are in Sisters , you need to stop in and check it out.

I stopped in here from out of town and loved the selection. My family who lives in Sisters has sent me some hats from here and they’ve done some great shaping and helped with maintenance. Wide selection of shirts, hats, and boots. Great staff.

When you walk into Dixie's look for a blonde with a big smile and a fancy cowboy hat. You'll probably be introducing yourself to Dixie herself. We were there on a whim and I bought a new shirt and a pair of shorts and I found the selection (Folsom, Pendleton and lots of Western wear) and the service was first rate. Thank you for your hospitality Dixie!

Great place to shop for Western and Ranch style fancy clothes. Jeans, shirts, belts, jackets, vests, etc. Name brand reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Locally owned.

Some higher prices but amazing quality- worth it. The staff was SO kind and helpful. Told them what I was looking for and they spent an hour helping me find an outfit and sizes I needed. Will be going back for sure!

Unique clothing, quality materials, great leather products, and lots of cowboy boots, hats, and Pendleton blankets. This is a great store to stop in to especially if you are traveling through Sisters, OR- it's a great tribute to the old Wild West. Check it out!

Stopped in for the first time as I was passing through town. Super cute selection of western items and even nicer people who own the store! Highly recommend and will definitely stop by again!

My boy morgan hooked it up with some of the best customer service that I've ever had and now I'm wearing the most comfortable boots I've ever tried on. Just met him today and my feet are happy.

If you need your hat cleaned and shaped. Rigo is the guy to go to. I’ve had him do two of my hats and gets them nice and sharp looking.
