Philadelphia's Steaks & Hoagies

I walked into Philadelphia's for a hoagie. For my money they handed me something like the chubby end of a Louisville slugger wrapped neatly in paper. It turned out to be a magnificent, thickly layered italian-style sandwich: the kind you feast on over the space of three days and use to gesture obliquely at important landmarks or waggle at people to make a point before refreshing your energies with a good mouthful.
I'm totally getting another next time through Sisters!

The thing that sets these cheesesteaks apart is the bread, it is amazing; of course the steak is good too. Four stars for service because it can be a bit slow to get food but not too long and it's worth the wait. The people are super friendly so 5 stars for that. The new building is great and perfect for summer.

We had the pepper cheese steak and pepper sausage. Excellent, meat was tender and just the right amount of peppers and onions. They have horseradish with an actual kick, not the lame hinted mayo served places. Also cheers to them knowing how to make a sandwich, the bread cut just right so it doesn't drip out all the flavor. Will go again. Price was good, people reviewing lower for that, have not ate a cheese steak out in a while. Tried a pint of the 13 Virtures beer, great match for the food. Highly recommend.

The food is amazing! The gentleman who took our order made up our sandwiches, and made sure we were set! The meat was top notch and the bread was top notch! Highly recommend if you like authentic cheese steak sandwiches!

Amazingly tasty and scrumptious sandwiches. My own and my kids' favorite take out. Has the best delicious, chunky blue cheese dressing and horseraddish sauce with a real bite to it, to accompany any of the sandwiches. The homemade brownie for dessert completes this awesome food experience.

We were the only ones there at the time, so hard to rate the atmosphere, but the Philly cheesesteak was delicious

I had the mushroom cheese steak and my husband had the chicken cordon blue. 100% recommend the cheese steak and 99% the chicken cordon blue. The horse radish sauce was amazing! We also ordered fountain drinks and they weren't over priced! Great music playing and just the right amount of communication. Fantastic place and food! Great Job guys!

Bringing Philly sandwiches to Central Oregon the proper way. The horseradish sauce is the secret touch to add to your steak sando. Fresh, soft hoagie rolls, well seasoned meat, just all around great food and such a great feel to the dining area with the open doors.

Update: Come by and check out the new location its awesome. Great atmosphere, more seating. Now offering wine..Loved it!!! Great food. Great atmosphere. Alex the owner is very personable and approachable. Will definitely be eating there again. Have to say, best food in Sisters. Update:: I have now tried almost 1/2 the menu. They never let me down. Always fresh and delicious. Way to go guys. Keep up the great work.

The place was very neat and clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the people serving us were super friendly and relaxed. The sandwiches came out hot and fresh. We were hesitant to go in and try simply because of sheeple's reviews about some folks not wearing masks, after reading the reviews and realizing it was just a bunch of Karen's and basement dwellers writing them we decided to try them out. From the cleanliness to the taste of food and the atmosphere I would give this place more stars if I could. Amazing experience!!! We will definitely be back!

By far the best/biggest cheesecake I have had! Perfect thin sliced beef, delicious perfectly melted cheese.
Not only is the steak good, chicken cheese stake is good! The chicken cordon blue sandwich is also fantastic!
Highly Redmond to anybody who has never been here! Or if u have try other hoagie they have! They are AMAZING!

Great little sandwich shop. Enjoyed an Italian Special and the Cheesesteak Hoagie. Great fresh meat and toppings, bread is better than most sandwich shops that boast they offer true Philly Cheesesteaks and Hoagies.Anybody knows it's all about the bread. Even if the fillings and toppings are spot on, if the bread isn't just right, then it just isn't right. Owner was personable and friendly, made us feel welcome, visitors from out of town. Hope to have another chance to try a different sandwich the next time we make it back to Sisters.

Best cheesesteaks on the west coast. If you don't like these then you're probably used to the knockoff garbage that most places serve outside Philadelphia. I was pretty happy to see this in Redmond after visiting the location in West Linn quite a bit. Would love to see the spicy beer here.

Good food! The hoogie rolls are really great! They also definitely made us wear a mask as opposed to what other reviews have said… which we didn’t mind because you take it off when you sit down to eat anyways.

The food is amazing and the service is superb!! Even the picky kiddos enjoyed it.😍100% a go-to spot when we travel through Sisters.

My sister and I had lunch there today. Our first time there. One word...Fantastic..! Two words...The Best..! I've eaten Philadelphia Cheese Steak all over the US and was stunned with the absolute quality, taste and flavor of the cheese steak I had at lunch. Great place...definitely recommend and intend to be a repeat customer. Great service too...

We have enjoyed the sandwiches every time.
They are large enough to split if you want.

As a Sisters “local”, I have to admit that this is my absolute favorite place to grab food to go in our little town- also nice to sit and dine in too. The staff is always kind and the food is always amazing. I can’t recommend enough!!!!
