Pleasant office, friendly staff. Dr listened and responded to the point. Seems to be very knowledgeable on current medications and explained the pro's and con's to meds we discussed. Left quite satisfied.

One of the best facilities I have been to and experienced. Excellent service from start to end professional, receptionist, courteous, and I have the best doctor there Dr.Steele. I love my medical team! That are always looking out for what is best for me. All the processes are given through in detail and always laid out cleanly. I wouldn’t want anyone else handling my health.

Dr Stelle is the first Dr in decades that I’ve had that actually spends quality time with his patients. He is very caring and listens to my needs.

Dr. Haynes is a superb doctor. He is highly professional, wise, and kind. He actually takes time to listen to me and is therefore able to provide the most helpful, comprehensive solution to the health issues I am facing. I have experienced many ups and downs in my health of late and Dr. Haynes is also very encouraging as he guides me to better health. Cindy Loehrs is a wonderful nurse with impeccable professionalism and is always very helpful when my pharmacy makes mistakes regarding prescriptions. If there is an issue, Cindy can resolve it! She is also kind and helps set patients at ease when we come in with a new health concern. Superb service all around from professionals who have great minds for medicine and great hearts for their patients.

I go a long way back with this particular Health Center, first with Dr Smith and now with Dr Wong. I have to give it a five-star review from the ease of making an appointment, to getting some questions answered even before I got there, to the ease and friendliness of check in, all the way up to seeing Dr Wong! It was fast, it was efficient, everybody on Dr Wong's staff knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I was in for my physical so when Dr Wong walked in, he was prepared, he knew my vast history, and he was ready with all the questions he was required to ask and then ask on his own and when I had a question, he was right there with the answer! If I could give Dr Wong, his staff and everybody else I came in contact with a positive score of 10 I would. Needless to say I was extremely happy with the appointment and I'm sure if you decide to go you will be too

Dr Douglas Haynes is a very kind, honest, knowledgeable and is devoted to taking care of his patients. He and his staff are excellent and shows that they care for you. Dr. Haynes saved my life and I would highly recommend Dr. Haynes to my family and friends.

Dr. Buzzard is my PCP, she is absolutely amazing!!!! I feel so fortunate to have found her, she is so kind, makes you feel super comfortable, never makes you feel rushed, and wants to make sure all of your questions are answered too!!

Dr Haynes always goes above and beyond what is expected to care for me as his patient. I have never met a Dr who will spend so much time researching and caring for each issue and then giving options of treatment and going over in detail side effects and my comfort level with any med or procedure. Again with this visit with Dr. Douglas Hayes service was excellent. Dr. Haynes has been both my wife's and my family doctor for approximately 20 years.

Dr. Buzzard is a wonderful dr. I didn't know how I'd like her due to having the same dr since i was a child. But she is a great listener and she will literally go into detail about everything she wants to help you with. I would recommend her to anyone.

We go here for pediatrics and for family doctor. Integris is very efficient at getting you in and out. I've never had to wait long. They do great with COVID-19 precautions. Unlike many medical places, the front desk staff are great.

Our doctors and nurses have been very helpful and kind.

Integris Health Group has provided my family's needs in one comprehensive location.

I needed to go to the ER. Check in was very quick and I was promptly taken to a room by a nurse. Another nurse joined us in the room. I explained why I was there and they immediately took action. A doctor came to the room about 10 minutes later. He examined me and ordered tests. Nurses and technicians performed the tests. He came back to the room about 90 minutes later to explain the results. I felt better due to the meds and actions they performed. I left after being there about three hours. My visit was successful. The staff, nurses and doctor were all very professional, efficient and courteous!!!

Had some unexpected health problem needed to be check on it as soon as possible, called Dr. Grand Wong and staff to make an appointment, it was granted right away on Friday the 10th of January 2020.
Dr. Wong checked and convincingly assured me the problems were I had was cause by a case of shingles , it will be gone after finishing the dosage of the prescribed medication, and it did.
Wonderful, professional and caring by Dr. Wong and his staff really make a different to fixed and erased my worries.
