Audrey is very genuine and it’s clear she has a love for helping others in improving their mental health. My experience with her was memorable. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Audry. My time spent with her has brought about monumental positive changes in my life.

I scheduled my appointment 2 months before I could be seen. Fine, no biggie. The day of the appointment she was unable to help with anything that was needed. I was only able to chat with her for 42 minutes out of the 60 that I paid for. She arrived late and left the telehealth early. She made sure to spend the final 10 minutes charging my credit card $150 for the session that wasted both of our time though. Don’t recommend. This was all very non transparent and I do not recommend without asking all of the important questions prior to scheduling.

I had an appointment. I attempted to ask if my insurance had been verifi3d one week prior.
24 hours prior i had to cancel my appointment as i had not heard back about my insurance verification.
Although i cancelled she still called to try to see me. I did not answer because i did not want her to create a financial obligation to her. She hounded me on every point of contact after i had cancelled.
I dont think she respects power differentials what so ever! And is Not at all sensitive to sensitive people.
Its sad to offer solutions to people that you are wounding as i waited about 3 months to be seen only for nothing.

After filling out an online request for an appointment I was sent an email with two times and dates one for a video call and the other for in person. I chose my in person appointment which was 2 months out via email. Day of appointment comes (2 months later) and I tried reaching out twice via the Google Voice number listed on Google since I had not received any sort of reminder for the appointment. No answer, no call back. I then sent an email ,that included the original email of my requesting the said appointment , and asked if my appointment was confirmed. I got an email back saying " Greetings Melissa- I very much apologize, but your response was accidentally overlooked. You are not on the schedule for today. " oh boy but I was in luck because she had a cancellation for a video call in 4 days! ..... That's it. That was my only option for rescheduling.

Don't go here if you truly need help.
