The chef did a wonderful job on dinner. The server was pleasant.

I had the scallops dinner in my husband had the wagyu dinner. The scallops were cooked perfectly. As so was the stake, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. It was talkative but yet quiet. It was really nice. That's the best seafood I've ever had prepared.

The food and the service was very good. The special on the night we dined was seared Ono and it was absolutely fantastic. The kitchen was behind due to short staffing and the wait for our food was on the long side but the staff more than made up for it bringing us an appetizer on the house in addition to the fresh rolls while we waited. The dining room has a great, comfortable, atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant. My dinner was so tasty and fresh . The seafood pasta was to die for. We could even bring my friend's dog in. He is so good No one knew he was there. Sorry, don't to food pictures.

Excellent service, food was amazing, they seated us outside and it was beautiful. Couldn’t be more impressed with everything. The wait was not long as well, we will definitely go back anytime we are in Sisters.

My wife and I had dinner here and had a wonderful time! The owner took really great care of us and the bartender did an awesome job making us some fun creative drinks. The service was outstanding and the food was incredible. The gnocchi and steak were delicious, the drinks were great, and the experience overall was a 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!

July 13, 2021 was dispatched out on a fire in the Sisters area (Grandview Fire) and the owners were so nice they over heard us trying to get food and was being denied that they told us to come to their restaurant (which was closed) and fed us Wildland Firefighters after literally getting off the mountain! Thank you so much you guys are amazing and I appreciate you feeding me and my fellow brothers/sisters when NO other restaurant would!!!

It was a long wait, but our water Justin was super on point. We had a reservation but we beat traffic and got into town an hour early and they still sat and feed us (no greif). It is pricy for sure, but I would come back on ny next trip. I had the Filet Mignon, and loved it. The ambulance was small, homey and comfortable.

Perfect start to finish. I told Ryan my wine preferences and he picked an exemplary wine for me. The ceasar salad was maybe the best I've ever had. My friend had scallops that were cooked perfectly. I was starving so had pasta. The sauce was incredible home made. To make the dinner perfect Bill Keale was playing. His ability to play a huge variety of genre made our dinner magical. Thank you.

I want to say thank you for opening up the other night to my boyfriends Wildland Firefighter crew and feeding them after McDonalds in Sisters denied them. You are an amazing soul and I truly cannot thank you enough!!!

I am on the other side of the map , and will say there are rare times where I see something that makes me feel a bit jealous of the community and makes me wish that I was there . Well this is one of those times , I really wish I lived closer to this community as I would love right now more than anything to visit this fine establishment . The shear act of kindness and Human decency showed to the Wildlands Firefighters has caught my heart in a huge way . As well the reviews on the food are very very good too , I would love to come have a meal at Chops Bistro . Now I may not ever get the honor of eating in this fine establishment , however I do hope that many many folks for many many generations to come will get to come eat here and reminisce about the Historic Human kindness shown to other Hero's on that fateful night . They say the way to a mans heart is through his stomach , well you haven't gotten any of your fine food in my stomach and you still captured my heart , I say that screams volumes about the heart and soul of this top notch fine Bistro . PS: If you people decide to ever come over here to the east coast (preferably Northeast) , I will look you up and will be coming in for a fine dinner for sure .

We had a reservation on a busy Friday night and people didn't want to leave their tables so a table was not ready for us. We were seated outside with a nice heater to start on drinks and bread until a table inside was available. Our waiter, Brian, was absolutely amazing. They acknowledged their appreciation for us being flexible multiple times and treated us to 3 free desserts! Plus we got a sample of an amazing rye whiskey. The bartender even brought our sazeracs out to us himself. My parents wanted a little more sauce for the pasta, because it was that good, and the chef brought it out herself. It could have been a bad experience but it was absolutely amazing! Great live music over in the bar area too. This place is a must go to! Just shows that when you are relaxed and flexible the experience is always better. Thank you to all the staff who made it a great night for us.

We had the most amazing New Years Eve dinner at Chops! Wonderful menu and great wine selection. The 6 of us had a lovely table in the corner to the right of the fireplace so it was very cozy. We actually closed the place! Thanks to Marci for the excellent service!

This is the kind of small business you need to support. Opening up for firefighters for a long days work in stopping fires. Not Corporations like McDonald's. If I am ever up there. I am definitely supporting them. Great job on the owner.

We had the best dinner and the best service in a long time. Both of our meals were perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. The Service was spot on. Definitely would recommend it to someone visiting Sisters.

We had an outstanding Thanksgiving meal here. Every item was cooked to perfection. I had the turkey and my husband had the prime rib. Both were tender and packed with flavor. I'm an excellent cook and typically disappointed when I eat out. Not this time. The admosphere is romantic and cozy... They had a nice fire going. Our server was top notch. We will definitely be back!

This letter is to first compliment Riley for her superb customer service the night we discovered Chops! What a delight it was to be met at the door by her, with: “Jim?” And then ushered to the “intimate” table my husband had earlier requested. It was my favorite: right in front of the Christmas-decorated fireplace, and there was even a Christmas tree with all its lovely trimmings!

Then the Amazing happened! From our Cocktails, to our Appetizers, to our Salads, to our Entrees and even Desserts! We were blown away! And Riley continued to “Wow” us throughout with her service!

Btw, Riley, we are making Chops’ Moscow Mules at home now, and giving all the credit to Chops’ special Bartender, and the High Standard he, you and the Owners uphold.

We may not be able to frequent Chops as much as we’d like, living in the Portland area; but we will pass on our experience to friends and family; and look forward to visiting on our next respite to Sisters! Keep doing what you’re doing, because you are Outstanding!

Went to Chops for the first time last night for a work dinner and it was AMAZING! Great food, wonderful atmosphere, like anywhere right now they seemed a little short staffed, but we were still very well taken care of. I look forward to going again.

I just read about your amazing restaurant! Thank you so much for your kindness towards men and women who care about our trees and wildlife. I'll stand with the small,compassionate eatery before that 47.5 billion dollar disrespectful franchise. I wish Ontario Canada was closer...I hope nothing but success for you and your staff...never change...
