Kaleb helped me out so much with upgrading my phone! Not only did he answer the phone immediately when I called without having to talk to 15 robots. He had all the answers about upgrading my phone. Due to the time of the evening it was he even stayed 30 minutes after the store had closed to make sure that my phone was transferred and operating optimally! I would highly recommend Kaleb very down to earth person and has the best interest for the customer in mind. Not something you see much in today’s world.

Kaleb assisted me with upgrading to a new
phone today. He was very respectful and courteous, listened to my needs and usage habits and suggested a phone to match my needs. There was no high pressure selling, he was more concerned with helping me as a customer. Kaleb took the time to not only explain things, but made sure I understood and was happy with the process and product. I have dealt with other stores but this was the best experience yet!

Logan is the sales rep I always use when I come into the store he has always been very helpful always helps me find the best deals. Always gives me the best customer service and any questions I have I know I call him and he will always have a helpful answer. This store is some of the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with phones.

Kaleb here at the Verizon store on the west side of Bloomington Indiana , was so much help me and my group of friends came in close to closing time. He stayed late with us and helped get us all hooked up with 2 new I phone 15 pro max’s and a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. Helped explain everything very well. Helped me pick out the best case for my new phone! I would highly recommend him to my friends and family! I highly recommend coming and seeing Kaleb he for sure will hook you up well!

Very helpful salesman. I didn’t catch his name. But he was very helpful and gave me a deal on phone accessories. I didn’t haven’t to spend no more than 100 dollars. I’m glad I came into this store and got helped and walked out with a new phone. Love this location

Javon was absolutely amazing! He found an overcharge on travel line on my phone that was charging me an extra $49 a month. Total easy to work either. Totally helpful!

Logan has helped me numerous times with phone problems. Recently had a phone misplaced and a billing issue and was able to help me quickly to get it resolved. whenever I have a problem, he is my guy that I come to. Good quality service and patience. highly recommend this store and his customer service.

This process of getting a new phone is long and complicated that’s why I like to come in and do it. This was a good experience because the salesman was a great person and knows what he was doing.

I bought an iPhone 13 from Jon, I had an iCloud issue where I wasn’t able to unlock my phone. He was able to fix my issue in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the customer service at this store, and will be choosing this store for my future cellular needs. I could not be more pleased or thankful. After I dropped my phone it shattered the screen and the phone wouldn't work. Jon was very kind and patient and managed to activate my new phone. He did it without making me feel more like an idiot than I did for breaking my old phone. I live in a very remote area and Verizon is the only service that connects out here. I work from home and would have been in a real bind if it hadn't been for the excellent help I received.

After going to best buy and then to another store in town where we got little to no help, we came to Kalebs store and we got the best customer service ever! This was the fastest and he helped all 3 of us get a new upgrade faster than we usually get one done. They had the new iPhone 15 pro max in stock along with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that I wanted! I'm going to recommend Kaleb to everyone when they need assistance with their phone needs. Kaleb even stayed after hours to help finish up the process and make sure everyone was set up and ready to go. It's so nice to not be rushed or pressured into anything. I dropped my phone and I couldn't get it to unlock so could activate the replacement from Assurion. Couldn't contact Verizon. This phone is my only link to the outside world as I live in an extremely remote area. In a state o total panic I reach into this store just praying for help. A fantastic young man named Jon worked very patiently and politely to not only activate my new phone, but also to explain why I needed to remember my Gmail password. Of course I absolutely could not. He managed to help reset the password and get my phone set up while remaining calm and even funny. Can we please clone him and reformulated the world with nice people? Thank you for being here!!!!

We have been very satisfied with Verizon West 3rd Street the people in here very friendly much different than the Eastside location where some of the people are not very friendly and some of her for not very helpful so that's the reason we are here. Gentleman waiting on those help me with the email we bought a new telephone and it didn't get transferred to new phone and he did it for us today it was a very simple and very well done.

Javon was easy to contact and helped me get my business account taken care of. He always spoken kindly to me. Explains to this senior just what to do when I can't get to something on account or phone.
