After 20+ years of excellent care from Dr. Fan, my daughter and I continue to drive to Sisters for our primary medical care even though we now live in Bend. The office staff is attentive and personable. We always feel valued and welcomed. I always feel inspired and encouraged after visiting with Dr. Fan. She listens, is always kind and doesn't hesitate to look at options for health care that fits your particular needs.

Dr. Fan is my mom's doctor, and I accompany my mom during visits. Dr Fan is kind, patient, clear, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Fan to anyone looking for a doctor in Sisters.

Dr. Fan has cared for us for years. We have loved the care we've received.

A cold, uncompassionate provider, has no patience. All she does is go over notes at physicals and appts. My annual was a worthless waste of my time. She gets expressly frustrated with patients who have more issues than she likes. I was patiently waiting to discuss my relevant health issues, but never got there. When I did ask about a couple of new issues, she grew aggitated and yelled at me and told me I was only allowed to discuss issues one each at seperate appointments. After not discussing these issues, she charged an extra $50 that was not covered by insurance for me bringing up the other issues we did not even talk about. Find someone else who cares. She is why I usually do not bother going to doctors.

Not sure who only accepts new patients that are over 3 years old, but when a doctor denies taking care of a child when that is her job is very unprofessional.
