Caliber Collision

Couldn't wait to get home a give this review. In short, Caliber Collision over delivered in all of my expectations. Would highly recommend for professionalism, speed, quality, and going above and beyond.

The service advisor I dealt with was Eric Lambert. When I dropped my car off he promised me an update every Monday Wednesday and Friday. Well, he didn't miss a beat.

I was assuming it may have been weeks before I got my car back after hitting a large, heavy piece of steel made airborne on the highway last week. A part of the object crushed through my grill and another piece hit my hood hard enough to penetrate and create a hole. Less than one week later, the hood has been painted and the grill replaced. The paint quality of the hood is 10/10. If I didn't know better, I'd have thought the hood was just replaced. The grill was replaced, but it's installed correctly and looks like new.

I also want to take a quick moment to recognize the person working the receptionist desk. I didn't catch their name but they were also very professional, had a great attitude, and was pleasant to deal with.

All in all, this could have been a horrible experience. Nobody wants to see their vehicle damaged. But Caliber Collision had me resting easy and got my car back on the road looking great!

I was in an accident in the beginning of the year. My car had sustained a significant amount of damage. Unfortunately I wasn’t smart enough to get rental coverage on my insurance which meant I had to pay out of pocket for my own rental which as you all know is very expensive. I was grateful for the opportunity to have a chance to talk to them a bit about my situation and I asked them if it can be done asap. They understood and explained they will do the best they can. I of course wasn’t going to be upset with them if the car wasn’t done within the timeframe I was asking since it’s my fault I didn’t get rental coverage. I reserved by rental for 3 weeks. They had my car repaired in about a week and a half two weeks. They were under no obligation to do this for me but they did. The hood needed to be replaced, new bumper and some other stuff. I was very impressed with their level of service and communication. They give you very frequent updates about the progress of your vehicle which I appreciated. I’ve had such a bad experience at other repair shops, but this shop exceeded my expectations but they truly went above and beyond for me and the work they did was absolutely incredible. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get back on the road. Five stars!!

After being involved in a minor collision a few weeks ago, my insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision. Eric Lambert did a masterful job of getting my car in quickly, overseeing all of my repairs, and got me my car back a few days early! A fantastic experience overall! The communication was terrific. The service was friendly. They handled a discrepancy with my insurance without me having to do anything. The car looks terrific after fixing a dent and scrape, and then they repainted it. Looks like I never had the accident at all.

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job with my girlfriend’s car. The online estimate was just about spot on. The vehicle was returned promptly (early!) and squeaky clean. The lifetime warranty for the paint job is a huge bonus. The communication before and after the repair was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

We had our car serviced at Caliber Collision at US31 &Stop 12 and our satisfaction with their work is a 10 plus. I can't say enough about how good they communicated and the finished work we recieved. I highly recommend this location for your body repair work for your automobile.

I'm from out of town and they took care of my car they notified me every step of the way until it was time to pick it up. Great customer service 👍👍

I dropped off my car, thinking it was damage from something hitting my car, like a cart hitting it hard, without the person telling me. As soon as Brian looked at it he could tell it was previous work tailing. (I had taken it to a different Caliber about a year ago.) | even received a call from this location's general manager explaining what had happened and that the work was guaranteed for life. My RAV4 was fixed under warranty and rental car provided! Brian updated me through texts along the way, so I always knew what was happening. This shop is honest and has great customer service! My experience here, from the moment I walked in and was greeted, until I drove away, car like new, was top notch! BTW, I was told the technician at the other store that did the original, failed work no longer works for any Caliber Collision.

After many delays, almost all of them mine (due to illness on my part and then the death of my brother), we finally got my car delivered JUST before Eric’s vacation. In spite of all these obstacles that I placed in our schedule, my car was completed one day after Eric returned to work. I was so very surprised and happy. They did a perfect job.

I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to those who may be in need of the services they provide. The customer service they provided was beyond amazing! I felt like I got a whole new vehicle back. If I am ever in the same situation again then I would definitely use them again. Shout out to Brian and the entire team at Caliber Collision!

Olivia was very helpful in explaining the whole process when I first stopped in, Brian kept me updated on a daily basis on what step of the progress my car was in, and Shannon was super helpful getting me on my way after staying a few minutes late for me to pick up my car when finished before the shop would be closed for the weekend this was a great experience all around not to mention my car was done on time if not before then expected, thank you!

They got my car in quickly and it came out looking nicer than when I first bought the car. I even got my car back a week early than their original finish date. Very informative and nice all around, would recommend.
