I arrived to Carol House with the intention of buying a bed with my roommate and was instantly greeted by Kate who has the warmest personality ever. She asked if I was looking for something in particular and I told her what I was looking for and she made sure to show us multiple beds that were specific to what I was interested in. After much debate I decided to get my furniture with them not because I loved the items I chose,I really love them! But because of how great kate was. Having a great sales person is the best you can ask for in a setting like this because you just never know. She was very patient, understanding and paid attention to every detail. Left happy with my purchases and I will be coming back to Carol House if I ever need anything for sure. Thank you Kate for going above and beyond.

Nidaa Jabbar (our sales specialist) was wonderful! She assisted us in finding the perfect sofa for my mom. She made sure that it was a good fit, comfortable and stylish. She went above and beyond and gave us a great deal on top of it. The checkout process was smooth and the associate was professional, fast and kind. Very grateful. Very nice, clean store.

My husband and I were out browsing for furniture and we decided to go into Carol House off Page. We were greeted by Kate and honestly I feel like we became fast friends. She is so sweet and personable. This was the first time in our 25 year marriage that we were buying our own furniture and not getting hand me downs. We were excited and a little nervous. Kate put us right at ease and patiently showed us around until we found something we loved. We bought a sofa and love seat and ended up falling in love with a new kitchen table that we added to our purchase. Kate made the whole process painless and easy. We went a few weeks later to pay for our furniture before delivery and Kate was working. She remembered small details and was asking us questions we were very surprised she remembered the details to. After catching up we mentioned we were looking for an accent chair. Of course, Kate was right on top of it and helped us find one that we are now waiting on delivery for. Thanks Kate for the superior service and we will definitely be visiting again when we buy bedroom furniture.

We had had our old bedroom set for 25 years and needed a whole new set. We found the perfect set and worked with Steve to order a custom chest of drawers. The anticipated delivery was going to be 12 to 13 weeks and we it was delivered in 7 weeks! The delivery team was professional and on time. I realized that 1st evening I needed some pieces moved to better fit the room and the delivery team came back within 2 days to make it perfect. We are so happy with our new bedroom. We've bought a lot of furniture over the years at Carol House and have been happy. This experience makes me a loyal customer for life. I won't even look anywhere else. Thank you!!

We didn't buy one of these. We bought two. We love them. The staff is great and so is their large selection. Where you like nice things is a great slogan because they have nice things.

We walked in expecting to simply browse for an entertainment center and left having purchased an entertainment center and a bedroom set. All because Max’s knowledge and endless effort to provide multiple pricing sheets, informational details and options made the experience absolutely enjoyable. Max could not have done one thing differently to make the our experience easier or make us feel more comfortable.

When looking for furniture for my new house, we visited several retailers from many different price points, We choose Carol House to buy all of our furniture because
1. They are animal lovers and help pets in need
2. their furniture selection is unparallel and
3. Their sales people are Amazing! During our 3rd visit we worked with Kate who is simply wonderful.

Kate was so helpful, she suggested accessories to match our decor and she really tried to make us happy! Kate made us feel like the most important client at the store! she listened to us, never rushed us! Kate is sweet and passionate about making her clients happy.

My husband & myself came in 2 weeks ago and got a three price sectional. It has been the best thing we have ever gotten. The staff that I worked with was Jackline she was very helpful and actually all the staff was winder. One other thing we liked about Carol house was the staff doesn't bug you, they let you look and make a decision. The delivery guys did amazing job and was on time. Also our chocolate lab approved so that is even better.

Brook and Steve were awesome giving us the best price, financing and top notch mattresses and furniture. By now we have received 20 5 Stars Reviews on our AirBNB this was all purchased for. And many of those reviews are attributed or reflected by our awesome furniture which is almost all from Carol House!

In my recent furniture shopping experience, I was fortunate to encounter two exceptional employees, Jennifer Hogg and Karenda McClenton, who provided outstanding customer service. Jennifer demonstrated professionalism and offered valuable insights from a feminine perspective regarding the item I was interested in. After our conversation, I believed my positive shopping experience had concluded until I met Karenda McClenton at the register. She made me feel like a valued customer, leaving a lasting positive impression as I departed the store.

Very friendly, nice and professional sales people. They carry Flexsteel which is awesome. Will do business there again.

Loved our experience with Nitta and Anthony Moberly we have been having Lazy Boy furniture and it has really went Down Hill so we got our new Couch and Love seat pair and we Love it! The color and material is beautiful.Thank you so much!

Carol House is a top notch business in the St. Louis area. From the point of sale to having to address a small issue with a warranty they have been the ultimate professionals. They have outstanding customer service. I will be a lifelong customer.

Came in here today to look at couches. A ton of nice stuff and a bit overwhelming. It's like the Disney land of furniture. One thing that blew my mind was how well dressed all of the sales associates were. They literally looked like someone kidnapped people from some high society evening party and is forcing them the sell furniture for their freedom. One girl was literally wearing a fur coat. All they were missing were dirty martinis and cosmos in their hands. Lol

Me and my family have been buying from Carol house for years! Just bought a new Flexsteel Rio this evening! Definitely was a great experience once we got into the door. I will say this time the communication was a little fusterating as I felt we were getting the run around trying to figure out our couch color for matching. We had left few voicemails to which we received no call backs from customer service and I almost went to another furniture store but my wife got a text from the salesman who kinda helped talk us back into the store to get the right Sofia to match our other Flexsteel we bought from you. So your salesman saved the day and helped convince me to give y'all a 5 star review. We will still continue to be loyal customers as my family has always been and I am sure y'all will eventually iron out those kinks down the road.

Kate was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, I love Carol House and Kate. Ask for Kate she is the best. I hate furniture shopping but Kate made it much better.

I stopped in briefly at Carol House this weekend to peek at some tables and met the most fun salesperson. Her name is Nidaa Jabbar, and working with her is like having your own personal decorator. I found a table I liked but it wasn’t in my budget for the whole set, so she helped me piece together some beautiful, quirky, comfy chairs and even found me a couple of chairs on clearance. Nidaa really paid attention to my room space and even grabbed a painted swatch the color of my room to make sure everything had good contrast and a variety of elements. I changed my mind several times and she hung in there with me. I ended up purchasing the coolest dining room table, chairs, and credenza and I’m so excited to get it and see it all put together. All the employees were very friendly, but if you appreciate decorating tips/style suggestions and someone who has your best interest in mind, ask for Nidaa.

Really love this company. Great furniture selection. The prices too are very affordable. The staff are very friendly. No pressure to purchase!
