I cannot say enough good things about Sound Care Audiology and Dr. Boatz. Thanks to her great work I am now hearing like everyone else. I no longer have to ask others to repeat themselves four and five times, I hear it the first time. Dr. Boatz was great to work with and she took the time to explain everything to me and helped guide me to the type of hearing aid that fit my needs and lifestyle. I really appreciate the friendly service I received at Sound Care Audiology and recommend their services to anyone in need of hearing help.

After a month or two I am still waiting for them to "check" with my insurance. The communication skills here are close to non-existent. Meanwhile I have not had my hearing aids repaired, or purchased new.
