I was there with my mom to buy a new bed and mattress. Both Jim in Denver Mattress and Tyler in Furniture Row were exceptional at helping my mom find the perfect bed and mattress to fit her needs. Would highly recommend them both.

The showroom is huge and beautiful, many styles of furniture to choose from. All employers were very helpful and welcoming but not pushy and overbearing as many are. My salesperson was Brianna and she is wonderful, so knowledgeable and a pleasure to be helped by.

Our salesperson was great! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. And if she didn’t know the answer to my question she made sure she found out the answer! I think we’re going to love our new sofa when we get it delivered!

Our experience with furniture row was outstanding. Great customer service! They did not pressure us into buying anything. They gave us options and left us to decide. I was very impressed with their delivery team, Tanner and Sully, they were so professional. They took our carpet into consideration as they came in wearing foot coverings. Tyler is always easy to work with! He helped us furnish our entire home in the fall. Today he helped me with another purchase over the phone so I could score the holiday sale price before it ended!

We stop in from time to time to look at new items and this time we purchased a new living room rug. Someone from sales always great us and offers to help and answer any questions we have but they also give us space and time to browse and are not pushy with us and we like that. Sometimes we are just wanting to look at things and come up with ideas that work for us and we appreciate that the sales team lets us have the freedom to try things out and let us take our time. Thanks .
PS they also have coffee for the customers.

It was great no pressure sales people. no one harassed us while looking... found a lot of good deals will probably be back next week to pick a whole setup.
