Dr Santos and staff are top tier professionals. The staff are welcoming and great, like you were family. No wait time even though I was early. Dr Santos’s nurse was great, as well, and fun to talk with as she checked my vitals and reviewed my meds. Dr Santos seemed to appear magically as soon as his nurse left the exam room. Dr Santo was superb as he discussed my labs and changes meds to meet my current needs. He spoke to my level of knowledge and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable that I was a part of my ongoing care not like I was outside looking in and just accept the current status and changes that need to be made to protect my health and wellbeing. Highly recommend Dr Santos and staff.

I love Dr. Santos. He does a great job and doesn’t simply pile on medicines. Very down to earth. I would recommend him for anyone. The monthly follow up calls are great except I wish they would simply ask if anything has changed since the last call rather than going through every detail. Sometimes, going through every question can get a bit tedious. And, I am not in that bad of shape, so I wish the follow-up calls would be more focused for those who need more regular attention.

Dr. Santos is the type of doctor everyone wants. He listens. He answers questions. He explains his decisions and recommendations. After a bad experience with a nearby kidney doctor, I was so relieved to visit Dr. Santos' office.

Dr. Santos was informative about my care. Answered my questions and concerns. I never felt he was in a hurry. The entire staff was kind and helpful.

The office staff were polite and efficient. Dr. Santos is very kind and caring. He explains the treatment plan in an understandable manner.

Dr. Santos immediately put you at ease. He lets you know what he is going to do and all the steps he is going to take. He treats the whole person. I feel like I'm in great hands...!! We are taking one step at a time... Thank-you Dr. Santos...

I find Dr. Santos to have a very pleasant personality. He explained what the results of my blood tests meant and answered my questions. Actually, he asked me if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable with my kidney health. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a kidney specialist.

My appt date was 10/10/23 with Dr Santos. He is an amazing doctor!! I’ve been seeing him for several years & at 1 time my kidney functions were very bad. With encouragement, perseverance & medication changes we’ve significantly decreased my numbers. I look forward to even more positive results.
