I had a problem with my climate control not switching between defrost and cabin air and a friend suggested I try this shop. John took my information down, and asked about my issues and gave me an estimate on repairs. He was very professional and courteous and quick to respond. We setup a time to have the problem properly diagnosed and confirm the estimate. Susie contacted me with the confirmed diagnosis and estimate and obtained my authorization for repairs. It was later in the day when my vehicle got started so it needed to be completed the next day which was as to be expected due to the work that was required to replace the part. Susie was very sweet and friendly and fully knowledgeable as well. The total cost of the repair was less than the quoted estimate and was very reasonably priced with no upsells or overcharges even though I know there were other things that potentially need to be addressed on the vehicle. I whole heartedly recommend this shop to anyone needing professional and honest service!!

Big johns is the place to take your vehicle for any need! My car broke down and they came and picked it up from my driveway! They are amazing, very professional, and Susie at the front desk is so sweet to say the least! They are VERY reasonably priced and nothing less than fantastic people!!! They exceeding their reputation. They repaired a car for a church member of ours and treated her very well, that is how I found out about them. They did an excellent job on my son's emergency repairs on a 2003 Accord. In discussing this vehicle with my Honda dealership service tech, they knew the garage and they would not hesitate to send their own personal cars to them, as well. After those recommendations, I only considered this shop to look at the 2006 Ford Fusion that was recently acquired to determine what if any issues needed resolving. They identified critical ones and optional ones and have been extremely fast. So they have come highly recommended and I will not hesitate to continue to bring our vehicles to them.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable people. They replaced the AC compressor on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler with the 1234yf refrigerant.

I got a quote from John on new front tires and an alignment Tues Evening after I got off work. Dropped off my truck before they closed for work to be done next day. Got a call from receptionist next morning with two options of tire brands to choose, they were unable to get the original brand shipped bc it was a very popular brand so they gave my an upgrade tires for price cut. Also, I could not get transportation to get it picked up with my small granddaughter and car seat in tow....so the owner bright my truck to my home!! They really went out of their way to give me top of the line costomer service. I would recommend to anyone out there to give your business to this small local business !! Thanks again John! Karrie

They are my go to shop. I never worry and KNOW they do awesome work. There MAY be better places to go but I'll never know. Customer Service A+,Workmanship A+, and best of all VALUE!!! Big John Auto is very nice and wonderful company. They care about their customers and very good with follow-up. They picked me up and dropped me off at work while they did the work to my vehicle. Pricing is very good, especially for oil changes. Get you right in and out, with little waiting.

If you're looking for an honest and dedicated ma' pa' shop, this is it. I took a gamble on a shop on Google to find someone who could do my brakes, and this shop did them for me.
They did honest work so I came back.

I bought a newer car that was a total nightmare, got lied to left and right when the ac went out the day we pick it up from the dealership. They(the dealership I bought my car from) couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so I took it to a few mechanic shops, spending alot of money trying to figure out the issue, we honestly thought we were SOL. Asked big johns if they could do a dash pull and check it out, after he exhausted all his options he collaborated with another shop/mechanic and found out my problem and FIXXXEEDDD It!!!!!! We were so happy seeing how it was mid summer and we have 3 kids with no AC, and was told by at least 3 shops that it was not fixable.

And another note is it was the day before our honeymoon when out check engine light kicked on and I called and told them the situation and they fixed it that day.

My 2008 Chevy HHR has had a few problems in the year I have owned it. Every single time I take it to Big John’s. They are respectful, reliable, fairly priced and incredibly trustworthy. As a single mom with only one vehicle, I need all of the help I can get, and they have been a blessing to me. They never let you leave with any unresolved issue and work diligently to diagnose them repair your issue without breaking the bank. I came in to Big John's needing new brakes and rotors. I worked with Andrew and he helped me out tremendously, seeing as how I was from out of town. They treated me right and gave me a great deal with great service. I would recommend this shop to anyone! They are good people.

Was in town from out of state visiting family when my truck started having problems, it was late and raining when my truck stopped running I called multiple places and because it was after hours no one called me back except Big John he was a life saver! He came out in the rain and got my truck running and took it to his shop he then took me back to my family so that I didn't have to have someone come out in that weather! The next morning I got a call that my truck was fixed and they sent someone to pick me up! I am so grateful for all his help and my truck running great!

Excellent service! Mechanics always safely escort me into the shop and point out and show me anything the feel might need attention to my vehicles. Bulbs, leaks, tire checks, brake life, all fluids etc.. highly recommend this shop. I live out of state now, but when I come to visit family I always drop by for an oil change.

John and his men are top notch. They are honest and very knowledgeable in all areas. I will recommend them to anyone needing any type of service done on their vehicles. This shop will be my forever go too for any complex issues. From new to old they cover it all. A+ work here, look no further.
