I have had an excellent experience with Stephen Mescall Allstate Insurance. The claims process if simple (I unfortunately have had the need to have a couple of claims). These were easily submitted using an app on my phone. They are prompt and have taken care of everything. They allow me to choose my repairs specialist if I choose.

The Mescall Agency is a wonderful agency! Steve is also a wonderful boss! I would definitely recommend any one of my friends or family to this agency and to Allstate. While the price may be a little more than some insurance companies, I love that I can call and speak with the same group of people vs a 1-800 #.

I've had homeowner's claims, an accident or two, and they are always there, quickly and efficiently to navigate the claims procedure with me. It's a quick and seamless process. Also when I want to review my policies for savings I get a same day answer which is really great. Steve is very knowlegeable and helpful for the 'head-scratcher' type questions, and Nicole and Jackie in the office are very nice and very efficient in updating a policy or getting me a quote. I've compared Allstate's rates with others and they are still the lowest (vs Farmers and USAA and State Farm). I highly recommend the Stephen Mescall Mooresville office for your Allstate rep.

Every time I've had an issue, over the years, Allstate has been very sympathetic, as well as timely in helping me get my issues resolved. I've never had a problem or felt the need to squabble with them over coverage!
