This is a new place for me to have my car taken in for service I really love the way they are so sincere and patient and nice I totally recommend them over any one else Tom is sweet Chris is awesome I mean I can keep going but I think it would take to long so if you need service or even if your car or truck towed call them they will help no joke !!!

It's definitely in their name right way went the extra mile and fixed my brake line with the complete new brake line. Where as competition was just going to splice In a piece for about the same price.

The team at Rite Way Auto has great communication, Tom has always worked hard to get my vehicles in asap (usually the same day I call), pricing is very reasonable as well. I have bought new tires here, gotten my oil changed and also replaced my radiator and water pump, I haven't had any issues with their work and they always get things done in a timely fashion.

We had no problem with taking our vehicle to him, whatever needed to be done he would come ask us first and then do it. He is very professional and courteous and we will not take our car anywhere else but to him!!! Everyone else wanted a lot more than he did and he did an awesome job!!! Thank you

We were looking for a good place to get oil changes since moving to Terre Haute and I think we found it. Cheap, quick, easy and reliable oil change for $20. They were also informative about other issues but didn't try and pressure us into other services, just recommended. I like that! We will definitely be returning with both our vehicles!

They got my truck in right away! Found the issue & stood behind their earlier work to fix something still under warranty for no charge! Definitely my go to shop!!

This place is the preferred choice of my husband and he referred me there because my favorite place couldn’t get me in right away. They have early hours and we’re able to get me in right away. They replaced my brake pads and rotors in a timely manner and at an affordable price. Walk in service was available and during the time I was waiting they were able to accommodate 3 customers for oil changes. I will definitely recommend Rite Way Auto of Terre Haute.

Got my oil changed..used to be $19.99..now its close to $30 with ALL the "extras"..
My GF has used Rite-Way for some Exspensive repairs..the Job gets done in a timely matter, Parts are warrantied and He does Reliable Work.

Really was just driving by and I thought I would see if they could get my van in for an oil change, which they did but I also asked if the van was due for anything and they checked it and had time to do the check up. Nice people 👍 👏

Great staff and decent prices and quality of work made me decide to bring my vehicle back for service after recently moving down to Kentucky and I would do it again as long as they stay in business

Having an unfortunate defective product from a parts supplier, I had to return my truck for another transmission. It being a 700r4 it was somewhat hard to find but Tom did find one and made good on his word that he backs up any work from his shop. I'm so thankful that I chose Rite-way Auto as my mechanic shop! I will recommend them for any job from oil change to motor overhaul!
