It's a family owned business with fair pricing on their properties. Very helpful with the whole process of buying a property. All of the financing is done in house on land contract. Highly recommended!

Personally, I think the owners here do a service for the county. Many people who do not qualify for bank loans or mortgages can buy a residence on contract here.

I'd give no stars if I could because of the older gentleman who asked me, in a very condescending tone, if I could read the sign I was parked in front of. My apologies for being upset and parking there while talking to my father who was giving me the news that he has terminal cancer and trying to compose myself enough to walk across the street to pick my kids up. I needed a minute before they saw me and that to me in that state, seemed like an okay thing. But apparently not. So thanks for that, exactly what I needed was to me made to feel worse. I'd say, practice being kinder to people, you never know what a person is going through.
