Jake's Body Shop

Was in a minor accident in early January that made the driver's door of my 2013 Camry unusable; insurance directed me to in-network repair shops, but most said I'd have to wait until March for repairs. Jake's Body Shop was also in-network and when I called, they were understanding and helpful, and said they could probably do the work much sooner. They ordered a replacement door asap, painted it to match the existing paint, tinted its window to match the existing tint on the other windows, and had everything completed in about three weeks. They kept me in the loop, were pleasant and professional to work with, and even aired up my tires when sub-zero temps meant that the low tire pressure indicator lit up the day I picked up the car. The car door looks and operates as if nothing ever happened to it. Thanks, Jake's!

I've had work done here on a couple of vehicles. Jake's body shop does excellent work! Melissa, R.J, and the crew were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this body shop if you need work done!

My 2004 ford mustang had a bad vibration. When I got it back it rode as smooth as a new one. My car needed buffed from years of sun fading it. They polished up to look like a new paint job. Would 100 percent recommend Jake's for any mechanical need.

I had a great experience with Jake's! As someone who was reeling from her first car accident (a rear-ending which could have been much, much worse) and unwilling to file an insurance claim and see her premiums go up because the other driver left the scene, I turned to these guys to fix up my car. They were very kind and informative, and my car looks like nothing happened to it! In addition, even though I was paying out of pocket, I feel like I got my money's worth. If I ever need body work done in the future, I'll definitely come again.

Great experience for a 1st timer needing to have their car go in the shop because of a car accident. Very professional, very informative! Highly recommend them if you need auto body work! Customer Service and communication was very good. Explained how the whole process worked with insurance, walked through details of repairs and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Finished work was like brand new!

I have a very metallic and sparkling silver color and I've been unable to tell the difference in the paint job at all. It's been great and they work well with insurance to make sure the whole job is done correctly. Had to have a bumper and quarter panel fixed/replaced and it took about 2 weeks with the paint job and I'm glad they didn't rush it and did it right.

I definitely plan to continue going here.

Jake's employees were so kind and understanding when I explained that my car was hit and State Farm was forcing me to take it to a body shop for an estimate knowing that I was planning on fixing the body work myself. Jake's employees were so kind in helping me understand everything and the steps I needed to take. They were also very kind even after it was finalized that I would be doing the work myself and they ended up not getting paid for anything. I will choose them in the future if I do need some body work done. GREAT, KIND and UNDERSTANDING people. 5 Stars for customer service.

Being involved in an accident is so traumatic in and of itself, but having people you can trust to care for you as a person and to even care for your vehicle makes all the difference in the world. Each and ever time I have had work done at Jake’s I am met with the kindest and considerate people. Thank you for your quality service and excellent staff.

Couldnt be happier with them. Had some potential repairs on my vehicle but the insurance decided to total it out. Melissa and Dawn were especially helpful. Though, everyone in there was very pleasant to talk to. They even went above and beyond, while dealing with the at fault insurance company, by explaining and pretty much holding my hand through the experience. Highly recommend!

After being hit , I decided to take my truck to jakes . They were on the list from my insurance .They were closest to me also. I am very particular about my truck . I got to say ,the experience was flawless . Workmanship is excellent . I would not hesitate to take another vehicle to them . Great job guys , Thank YOU!

Rj was really helpful the shop did a great job getting my truck back to original condition. There was an issue with some bubbling In the tint which they stand behind and will redo when it warms up as tinting works better in warmer. temps as RJ explained.

The staff at Jake's Body Shop was very courteous and extremely accommodating. I completed what clearly was the most satisfactory and headache free u-haul rental of my adult life on Saturday.
