The room was great, The young lady at the desk was very nice and let us check in very early..

Loved our stay, room, space, specially the welcome was amazing. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable. However, the breakfast was not included was not clear at check in.

Clean hotel, staff was great and friendly. Good location with good restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Great breakfast, great clean rooms and very nice gym, always stay here when I come that way.

I was visiting my college, Indiana State University. The hotel is a block from the southern edge of campus.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. My only complaint is that parking is very limited.

As a Retired US Army Active Duty Soldier (22 Years Service), Vietnam Veteran, my wife and I have lived in several countries and traveled throughout the World which includes extensive travel within the USA - we can "HONESTLY & TRULY" say HGI Terre Haute and "ALL" Staff are "THE VERY BEST" !!!

I think this will be our "go to" hotel while staying in Terre Haute. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. They offered breakfast, have a bar, pool/hot tub, business center, and workout room. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This just became our halfway point for traveling. We have stayed here twice now and will continue. Matt in the restaurant is awesome has the right amount of energy to start your day. The whole hotel is clean and comfortable.

Lost power at our home for four days 😔We had the privilege of checking in the Hilton Garden in Terre Haute. Tremendous experience. I had family visiting from out of town ( house guests) so I got them a room too. Took my dog Willie 💕. The hotels GM was all hands on deck (Erica ) from pouring coffee , front desk , running the sweeper you name it she was there !!! A historical storm 50,000 lost power . The hotel was at maximum capacity. Erica and her staff never wavered from the Hilton promise! Full service restaurant, bar! A a party it was ! Happy 4 th of July!

Driving through back home and found this great location! I’ve passed through the town via highway multiple times not realizing this was the Indiana State University campus!

It was late, so didn’t have a chance to enjoy any of the restaurants around the area.

The hotel had parking near by, so didn’t need to walk too far.

Stayed here as part of a conference at the Terre Haute Convention Center. Hotel was outstanding - clean rooms, comfy beds and lounging furniture, and super friendly staff. Highly recommended

Long story short. Made reservations on main Hilton Gardens Office for Terre Haute Indiana....got to hotel and had not reservation in system. . 31 min on hold to main office, found out they reserved our room in Florida!. Our sudden unexpected downgrade from 3 queen bed suite went to double queen. Giving us a $20 discount. Room was originally to be handicap on main floor, ended up on 3rd floor 20 room at the end of a long hallway. Parking was limited, had to park across the road with parking pass.... Indoor Pool was closed until further notice, grandson disappointed. Couldn't sleep, nerves on edge about the whole trip that was planned for Georgia, but fuel crises put a stop to that thus causing me to lose $400 2 room 2 day stay there due to no cancel policy. Then to come deal with this. I'm sitting in my car at 3 am, can't sleep. The hotel was clean and nice but the administrative issue was really stressful. Just trying to give my grandson a positive time. Bouncy house today better go smooth.think positive

This is a great place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms, a restaurant with good food plus free parking on site. I’ve never stayed here before this trip.

I really appreciated the laundry facilities after four days on the road.

Their staff are talented, various ages and ethnically diverse which is important to me. They are really dedicated to helping you enjoy your stay. They are simply terrific. Thanks to the leadership that hired such great people.

I have been crossing the US headed to Cleveland then New York. This was a great find and very good value.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. Only problem was the hot tub was cold. But this will definately be the hotel we stay at when we visit our family out of state.

Worse customer service ever! They checked me in a room gave me a key, when to my room unpacked and went for dinner. Went I can back my key was deactivated, so I went to the front desk and Kyle was super rude and started questioning why I had a key for 512 that I should be in 513, which he repeated out loud so now everyone knew what my new room was going to be. As a female I always take precautions when I travel alone and every hotel I have visited for work they have never informed my room number out loud to respect customer confidentiality. Anyways, I proceeded and I explained it was the room I was assigned when I registered. He was rude, upset and told me to go and switch rooms. So went I finally got in 512 again to pickup my stuff I found out someone had been in my room and even used the bathroom. I was scared and went down to ask for a room close to my friend and he wasn't helpful at all. I ended up switching rooms with a colleague. This is unacceptable they have to better train their personnel. This morning went I checked out there was a different employee and she was very apologetic and and sorry for what I went through during my visit

It was a nice place to stay overnight.

A clean, welcoming hotel with all the amenities in downtown Terre Haute. It adjoins the Terre Haute Conference Center. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love this place! Very inviting service and atmosphere. They offer homebaked cookies and coffee in the entrance. The pool and exercise room are very clean and never crowded. A separate front entrance to the downtown area makes all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. The bedrooms are very clean and well maintained. A free hot breakfast buffet and wonderful service complete my stay.
