Nice park with nice playground, soccer area, basketball are, tennis court, and more

The Best! One of the oldest and yet well maintained Parks in Terre Haute. Obviously due to the courage and devotion of the groundskeeper. These good people need raises. In the early nineties, my mother would come here and take daily naps and feed the critters. The person you scoff at today, may be sitting in the Oval office tomorrow.

We rented the pavillion. This was a quaint little place to host a baby shower. It was clean, had a kitchenette and smart outlets that were not low to the ground all around the building. We had around 25 people in there. It would not be a great place for any more than that. Chairs and tables were there. Also a small restroom, no changing table.
There is no microwave.
It worked out perfect for our baby shower.
Nothing is allowed on the walls or windows. We built quick little back drops.
The lighting is very beautiful. There are three big glass windows that allow lots of natural light. There are also three doors to get into building. The north door is great, its directly facing the play ground equipment. Great idea for kids party so they can run to and from.

Love this park...BEAUTIFUL...manicured...playground...my favorite park to take my dog for a walk. Some cool events too.

The park is beautiful, very well kept. The squirrels are friendly as I go to feed them often.

I always love walking through this park. The trees are changing colors and the squirrels are out gathering food. Very pleasant and serene.

This is a great, easily accessible, city park. Collett Park has always had a soft place in my heart. Thirty-nine years ago, my wife I were married on the west side of the pavilion. Then, we had our reception inside the pavilion. What a beautiful memory!

Love trick or treating there. The houses around the park always have really awesome decorations.

I love the fact that I can really load up on Pokemon Go! Stuff at this park. The gyms, the tops, and both routes. It's very clean and well taken care of.

This park is beautiful! The equipment is well maintained as well as the grounds. It offers plenty of places for picnics and grilling. There is safe equipment for the kids to play. It also offers 🧲. There's even places to pull over in your vehicle to talk on the phone or just to enjoy the peace n quiet or get out n walk the grounds. Plenty of shade and grass.

This park is very good. It's great for kids as there are a few playgrounds. It is centrally located so if you're looking for a place near here it is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this for small get togethers as well.

Very peaceful and small enough to do a few laps around the park. Families can schedule functions there. I really haven't looked into that. Good shade and you can drive in and park along the one way path throughout the small park.

This is a peaceful, beautiful place to just relax and smell the roses. The groundskeepers obviously take pride in what they do for a living. I'm grateful.
