Verizon

This is the best Verizon location around Terre Haute, way better than the other stores in town. We were shocked at how nice this store is and how there is never a wait. The one by Menards screwed us and customer service number sent us here, and they were so helpful. Cody and Ben helped get all of our issues fixed. We will never go to any other store from now on! These guys really know what they’re doing. They were very pleasant to work with and told us about all the good they get to do in the in the community like the backpack giveaway and the phone program that gives phones to domestic violence survivors and through the work they do with nonprofits! We donated $100 to the cause and we hope to partner with them in the future!

Cody was so helpful getting my new cell phone fixed up for me. He made sure all of my pictures were moved and made sure I was able to get all of my security cameras back up and running. He was such a sweetheart. I'll never go to another Verizon store. Go see Cody and he will take care of you. Thank you for easily the best experience I've ever had in a phone store.

Thank God for the people that work here because seriously I couldn't figure out half this stuff that comes so easily to them. Working with Sergio is always my favorite, he has handled every issue I've ever had with a smile and patience. I've also worked with Keziah and again, everything was handled with perfection!

I want to thank you for the extra help they have my elderly dad. We went to put him on my plane they got the best deal for me. They were very respectful to my dad and didn't treat him like an old man that didn't matter. They made sure he could hear his ring tone and put all of him appts on his new phone for him

Upgraded my phone and Tyler, at this location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the current plan, phones available, and adjusted my billing so that I got the best deal with unlimited data.
He outlined the first billing cycle and then made sure I was happy with my new monthly plan.
I'm very happy. Ask for Tyler!

Sergio was absolutely great ! He went over and above taking care of ALL our phone needs . We bought 2 phones and took advantage of the Google credit card. We could not have done all of this without his help.

Cody at the TCC on Art 46 in Terre Haute was and always has been phenomenal to work with. He’s patient, knows his stuff, and always solves our problems. We tell our friends about him and our family has been working with him for several years.

Cody was great, I worked with two other gentleman that were less than stellar and couldn't help me get my phone restored. After several attempts Cody was able to get everything recovered for me
after the other guys had dismissed me and claimed it could not be done. Cody deserves a raise ! If you are getting a new phone ask for him!

Keziah was a great provider for me today along with some assistance from Cody! This store has been wonderful every time I've used it! I give this store a 5/5 for overall customer service, comfortability, communication, collaboration, amiability, feel, listening, focus, politeness, teamwork, and planning!
