Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terre Haute, an IHG Hotel

I was blown away at how beautiful the hotel was. It's better than the Hilton. Holiday Inn Express has the most amazing beds, you just melt into them. They have a safe in room for protecting your valuables when you leave to attend to your business.
The staff is so friendly. Everyone will greet you and/or hold a conversation with you. Great job Holiday Inn Express.

My partner and I stayed here on business last week and were blown away by the exceptional service from the team. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM Ronda and you can tell the friendly nature passes on from her to her team. We would highly recommend staying here while in this area.

Excellent hotel. The staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably the best free hotel breakfast I’ve had, and I heard other guests say the same thing. It’s obviously well-managed. The room was very clean and everything was in great condition.

Had an amazing stay at this location April 4-5th. We were impressed with the check in person as she explained everything we inquired about.... the room was non smoking 2 queen. We had a mini refrigerator, microwave and kuerig coffee maker. The TV was probably a huge 50" which you don't normally find in hotels.... there was also a nice print out of the channels available, which was alot. There was also a safe provided if you wanted to lock up valuables. Bathroom was clean and husband was bragging on the shower head. We loved the double (black out) blinds. Beds were clean and comfortable.
The free included breakfast was great. We had scrambled eggs, western omelets, sausage links and gravy. They had MANY more items available as well. There was a Walmart a couple minutes away. Very satisfied!!!

Very nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good hot breakfast. The refrigerator and microwave are nice added convenience.

Nice new remodel. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. I've stayed in so many different HIE all over the country (certainly well over a hundred) and I'd put this hotel in my top 10%.

This hotel was completely renovated. Not only is the hotel beautiful on the inside but the rooms are extremely comfortable and very attractive. The lobby is beautiful and the dining area is so nice. The food was great, and there was a nice selection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sure it is still under renovation, but the staff was super friendly, the room was wonderful, and the location in terms of fast-food and gas options is great with it being right off the highway. The is even a Walmart near it you forgot something at home. This place was great for an over night stay on my way to a different location. If I ever need to drive through here again, I world gladly use this hotel on that trip.

The employees are extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Great hotel. Room was nice and clean and the shower had great pressure.
Things were closed for remodeling but they were allowing you to use the hotel behind them for pool and fitness. Staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed in a newly updated room which was fantastic and spacious. All of the staff were very polite and helpful, especially Destiny. She made our stay fun and cheerful. I would/will stay again.

I always like to stay in an Holiday Inn Express, but sometimes the companies do not like the fees, but I have never been unsatisfied with staying at the HIE, and this one is no exception. Very nice staff (although the front desk guy looked like someone already told him twice, 2 black eyes) the place was super clean, the rooms very nice and as always a nice breakfast. Will stay there again if in the area.

Power went out as the result of a storm that came to town. There were approximately 28,000 people in the county that had lost all electrical power. This time of darkness started on a Thursday afternoon, and ended for me and many Monday evening. Not knowing how long my stay would be, the desk staff were extremely understanding and allowed a shifting checkout date. What a wonderful relief! What a wonderful time, I felt so calm when they were doing their wonderful job of scheduling.

Good hotel. They're currently remodeling, but don't let the construction stop you. The service, breakfast, and rooms are still really good.

We had a handicap room. It was big, spacious and comfortable.
Our neighbors were a bit inconsiderate and I wish they had been placed elsewhere in the hotel instead of next door. The toilet seat needs replacing.

Very clean, everyone was super nice, construction was not a bother and there was breakfast (even had the option of taking it to go :)

The front desk attendant was very attentive, friendly and remembered my amenity points. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well-appointed. My room was bigger than ordinary and had a kitchenette. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, so I was able to get those at the front desk at no charge. The bed left a little bit to be desired, but was comfortable enough to sleep in. The room was clean and smelled clean as well. Overall it was a really good night stay.
