On keto, so order without bun. Not only did they get it right, but also put the sauces on the side, provide a fork & napkins without a request for them, and asked if I needed packaged condiments... and provides them! Well done, Eastside Arby's! 👏🏼👏🏼 🤠

Always good food and service. Only ever do drive through so don't know much about inside.

Fast and friendly. They made a mistake in our order, and they fixed it before we even knew it was wrong!! Clean restaurant. My only suggestion is to bring back the potato cakes! I miss them.

Absolute best Arby's in town! Friendly staff and FAST. By the time I ordered and was getting my drink my food was hot and ready. Watched as a group of 10 came in and the same speed was achieved with the same customer service. Whatever staff was working on this date and time stamp deserves high praise and marks.

Great food and choice options. Just bring back the potatoe cakes.

Go there almost everyday for my roast, beef sliders and my mozzarella sticks favorite 😋 I walk in and everybody says oh it's the Walmart girl lol. 🤣🤣

They were super busy today around 5:15pm when my fiance and I went for dinner. The cashier did a phenomenal job at keeping his composure and had outstanding customer service. They staff did a great job of getting the long lines down quickly without rushing or being rude. The food was piping hot and filled my pregnancy cravings as well as put a bright smile on my face. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you for being awesome!

Great customer service! Girl working the register helped me save money on my order. Everything was hot and fresh. One item was forgotten and they replaced it right away and were very apologetic. The interior is nice and clean. Parking is a little odd, if it's busy, but nothing to bad.

I go to this location probably twice a month. It used to be just your normal fast food experience. A year or so ago I noticed a change. The people working here actually had customer service skills. They are extremely helpful and actual act like they care. I don't know what changed but it was definitely a change for the better. They have some really great people working here.

I ended up getting the roast beef jalapeno slider and the mint shake. They were just delicious together if you haven't had the roast beef jalapeno please go try it.. place was clean staff was nice ..

I went to the Arby's in Terre Haute in front of Best Buy and they were out of a lot of their menu items. I had to stop by Meijer on my way home and decided to try and get my sandwich at this Arby's location. The Turkey Bacon Ranch Club I believe is the name of it, and they had all the ingredients and it was delicious as always!!😋

Besides the GM firing an employee in front of customers, the food is great and people are nice. The brisket is the best, Which reminds me I should her....

Really good food. Only complaint is that there was a single pesky fly. (Was 4 stars but upon further review it really deserves 5 because of the attentive owner)

Decided to go in to eat, food was good, had one order get messed up, but they ended up fixing it for us free of charge and let us keep it (gave to our dogs later). Nice staff here, highly recommended!

Amazing customer service. Employee name on the receipt said Lincoln, and he was incredibly kind and hospitable. The entire staff was light hearted and worked quickly and with a smile. Great food when delivered to the counter.

Perhaps one of the best Arby's we have been to in a very long time.
