In the words of my husband......'these are the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had!! Just huge!! Everything was amazing!!

This bar may not look like much from the front, but inside you will find a local bar serving cold drinks and tasty bar food. The Copper Bar is located downtown Terre Haute (next to the Terminal), and has seating available inside along with on the patio outdoors. I enjoyed a pizza and beverage while sitting at the bar. There are several appetizers to start your evening at the Copper Bar such as pickle chips, famous fried mushrooms, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, wings, and nachos. While visiting ISU for a conference, I decided to check this place out. I am glad I did! The inside decor reminded me of a speakeasy and it had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the wait staff was very good.

Cute place. It was busy when we went, but even though it was busy, the staff was on point and friendly.

The food; Italian beef, fried battered cod, and stuffed pepper soup were all excellent. Catherine was a great waitress. Reasonable price. Super atmosphere.

I don’t typically go to many bars, but this place was great! We came here for a work party, and it was a blast. They bartender was really nice, the food was great, and it had a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit, even if you don’t drink!

We were just passing through when we decided we needed a good "pub" atmosphere. Looking for a good burger and beer and we found it!
The waitress was very helpful and attentive and the food was great. Burgers were huge! Wish we could come back.

Every time we’ve been to the Copper Bar the service has been fantastic. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is second to none.

The Copper is easily my favorite bar/restaurant in town. They always are very friendly, give great service, and their food is top tier. My favorite thing to get there is the fried mushrooms and sycamore tenderloin.

Wife & I split a deluxe pizza. It was really really good. Came with thin crust (which we really like) and thin Pepperoni's that were nice and crispy, but not burnt. I had a few beers (mic ultra) on special. And a couple shots of bourbon. Wife had mimosas on special (Sunday). They also have a upstairs for when they're busy. Nice place!

My review may be a little biased, but it's honest as well. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere of the place is what I keep coming back for.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the new revitalization and renovation endeavors to this historical bar. The Italianette design with black and white artwork displayed throughout gives the bar a feel good ambiance.

They have excellent appetizers on their Starters and Shareable menu, and I highly recommend their hand breaded fresh mushrooms, and hand breaded mozzarella sticks and onion rings! Best in town! So what are you waiting for! Make this a go-to place for your next cocktail and/or dining experience! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

An absolute joy! A great place to meet friends and enjoy a great cocktail and conversation. Rob always does a great job in hosting out-of-town guests with a historical bar with great food and cold beverages. Thanks for your support to service members. We plan to always.

Stayed at candlewoood across the street. Didn’t want to drive to eat, so we walked across the street to the copper bar. Ordered nachos and pizza. Great pizza for someone who loves their pizza and is afraid to try something new. Great service and ask for Jess. She’s awesome!
