Village Quarter Apartments

I moved in to the Village Quarters two weeks ago and I am very happy with my choice. The units are extremely clean and the area is peaceful and quiet.
The best part of this was working with Amanda during the move-in process. She answered every question I had, and was very quick with a response every time I emailed her.
After many years of owning my own home, the time spent so far with the village quarters has been As good as I could possibly hope.

The Village Quarter is the place to be! It is conveniently located for quick access to all Terre Haute has to offer. The staff members in the leasing office offer exceptional customer service and all maintenance requests are taken care of timely and efficiently. See YOU at The Village Quarter!

My leasing agent Amanda was awesome. She walked me through the rental process and made it easy and convenient. My apartment is beautiful, and I have a new place to call home.

Wow! As a contractor, I'm blown away! Glenna & Office Team were great to work with. The communication is superb, friendliness is second nature and they will work as hard as possible to meet any needs necessary. Mr. Baxter & Maintenance team are wonderful, a joy to be around and always positive. The maintenance team is always working toward meeting the renters needs! Great place to work and live!

This is definitely a nice area and I feel safe here. It’s a well maintained community especially for as large as it is. Everyone in the office has been super friendly. Zach was especially helpful and got us into our homework with such ease. Probably the most simple move in I’ve ever had.

VILLAGE QUARTER is a very nice place to live. I can say that it is great to work with Glenna and her entire office team, everyone is very friendly. The apartments are very nice, very comfortable, and in good condition. The maintenance people are always attentive to the needs of the people who rent. 👍

Village quarter is a very nice place to live, apartments are in great condition and the amenities are excellent. Amanda was extremely helpful in getting my lease set up and moved in, the whole process took under a week. Would easily recommend village quarter to anyone looking for an apartment.

Lisa Rogers has been EXTREMELY helpful during my experience of trying to find someone to sublease my boyfriends apartment. She has provided me with all the information I’ve needed in a timely manor and has made time for all my questions everyday I’ve needed her. She has explained all information to me and our potential sub-leasers multiple times with a smile on her face. She has also helped get maintenance done on the apartment when any issues arise within a day or two which was great. My experience with village quarter has gone extremely smoothly thanks to the help of Lisa Rogers! Couldn’t ask for a better person to help!

I have lived at Village Quarter for about 2 years now. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Anytime i have a question or need something they’re quick to respond and super kind. If you ever have a maintenance issue they are over within minutes fixing it. They’re always willing to work with you with any issue you might run into, they’re very understanding. My apartment is very clean, i’ve never had any issues with my apartment. They have done many improvements around the complex. They recently added a dog park, new washers/dryers, pool chairs, & etc. They’re always fixing things up to make Village Quarter feel more like a home. I always recommend Village Quarter to my friends looking for somewhere to live.

Lisa Rogers is fantastic and so helpful. After living at VQ for 2 years o would recommend it to everyone. I never had a single issue.

I've lived in three units over the past five years. Most of this time was under different ownership. In the last couple years we've had a pretty new team in VQ and I only have good things to say about them.

All of the maintenance people are really cool. It makes me want to report fake problems so they get to come hang out. Last summer, my AC went out around 5pm on a Friday. I called them and I had a window AC unit within the hour and that saved the weekend. Everyone has been super friendly.

All of the people in the office that I've interacted with have been very nice and helpful, especially Spencer. In 2024, I'm currently planning to vote Spencer for president. Whenever I have a question, he's always been incredibly helpful. #Spencer2024

Oh also with the new ownership, there's a newsletter that goes out talking about what's going on for the month. Keep an eye out for the food truck days. They'll put a menu at your door and it's worth the walk. Pretty cool to have food trucks outside your door.

Village Quarter is a nice, safe place to live. The people that work here are cool. It's definitely a place I'd recommend.

We lived at the Village Quarter for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. We felt safe in the apartment complex and neighbors were friendly as can be. Also, the staff and maintenance workers were always nice and approachable for any issues that we had. Maintenance was always quick at responding and they were professional when introducing themselves at the door with a knock explaining who they were. They also did routine preventative maintenance at the complex with a lot of upgrades being done around the facilities. The staff was always on top of their game and I felt like they accommodated for anything that we needed. We enjoyed the amenities at the complex as well such as the dog park, the gym, the pool, and their new gas grill that they let the community use.

I am an agent with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance and have wrote renters policies for tenants at Village quarter for quite some time now. I visit Village Quarter apartments quite often and it doesn’t matter what time of year it is it always looks great. Apartment buildings and grounds also well kept and maintained. The best part of working with Village Quarter is the staff! Always very nice and helpful. Great staff to work with!

The Village Quarter staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. They helped me with the process of moving out of my apartment and into another one flawlessly. All of the stress I had went away after a 15 minute conversation with the staff. Incredible job. This is the perfect apartment complex for the busy college student on a budget. Highly recommend!

The staff of village quarter apartments are the best ever. Maintenance department is on top of your Maintenance orders within a day. The office staff is friendly and always helps the residents out with anything you need. There is resident events which are always fun. The property is well kept and can't wait til we can go to the pool. Love it here so quiet and friendly.

They were nice friendly, and patient and understanding. Made the moving experience easy.

I rented an apartment through Village Quarter a year ago. They told me that the apartment was not refurbished, however, the apartment was still clean and well maintained. The staff was easy to communicate with in terms of lease managing. The staff was also flexible with the changes made to my pet policy. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner.

I highly recommend this place.

I have lived at the village quarter for 5 years now, since the new staff has taken over. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are always friendly and polite and always greet you with a smile. The apartments and grounds at the village quarter are well maintained and any maintenance issue I've had the staff was right on top of it and had the issue resolved within a day. I have recommended the village quarter to a few of my friends and family and encourage anyone looking for an apartment to check out the village quarter first.
