Stopped in to get my watch worked on because it wasn't paired properly. Tim helped me with it, got it fixed, and even helped me with my bill. Best Verizon store in town! I'll always come here and Tim was so nice! Thank you Tim!

I was recently in need of help with several things regarding my Verizon account: Switching from Apple to pixel, changing, plan, details, upgrading, and adding a line. I entered the store in the Honeycreek mall, and was assisted by a young man named Landon. I was blown away by his maturity, knowledge, and customer service. He spent a lot of time patiently going through every detail And was reachable afterwards to answer any questions that I’d forgotten to ask. He was a young guy, and all I can say is that he was probably raised very well and trained excellently by Verizon. Customer service came naturally to him and it showed. It was greatly appreciated. Leadership positions in any company need people like Landon—not only for their customers but for the people that work beneath them. Whatever Verizon does, they need to find more people like Landon to build their company and make it greater and greater.

Great place to shop!! AJ explained various plans and compared them side by side with us. Made some changes and found out that there was a limited customer appreciation sale going on so wife left with a new phone too. AJ insured that all her old apps were loaded and fully functional before we left.

Always come to our Verizon inside the mall. Tim has always answered all my questions and has been helping me for years. I always trust him to help with my phone and Verizon account whenever I need it. Top notch guy

Stopped by this location inside the mall to get my phone looked at. I had pop up adds constantly. The representative who greeted me was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem immediately and then proceeded to look into my account for any savings. He found a promotion that would buy the rest of my agreement off and get me a new phone. I scheduled an appointment with him for the future! Awesome experience!

Timmy was an amazing representative, him and his coworkers Kenny and Bryon (on his day off) made sure that my experience was top tier. I went to the store in front of the mall and they gave me a number and sent me on my way, they helped me fix my screen, get the new iPhone 11 pro and a new iPad. Went in not knowing quite what to expect because we had so much going on and had never used this retailer before. They were able to combine our two accounts into one and do two additional upgrades seemlessly. The manager and his staff are very lighthearted and laid back but very knowledgeable and can answer any question you can think of. When they didn't know an answer they were quick to admit and find us the correct answer. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my Verizon needs.

Very quick store. Every Verizon in the area has really long wait times. Timmy greeted us right away and started working on our issue while helping someone else to speed things up.Great location for Verizon !

This particular place, I always leave happy. They are fast and friendly and make sure I'm satisfied before I leave. Not the case with other outlets.

Never been in this location until tonight, and I'm glad I came in (only came in because it was the only one open). The guy who greeted me was very friendly. He also helped me take advantage of a free tablet offer. Very good experience overall!
