Food: 5/5 it's expensive for sure but the food is well above average despite being a regular burger kinda place. Hearty, filling and delicious.
Service: 5/5 they are amazingly accommodating to any desires you may have. While wait times can take a bit longer than most it levels out when you look at the sheer volume of customers they handle at any given moment.
Atmosphere: 4/5 it can be a gathering spot for many kinds of people. There's always conversation and pleasant interactions however I do dock it a star because the amount of employees present when you first come in can be wildly intimidating especially when they greet you so enthusiastically.

We went last night, our driver thru person, Jasmine was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful!! It blew our minds cause we don't get great customer service anymore. But this girl. Just wow!! Always fresh food and nice people.

The food is always good here. The one thing I can't figure out is why is there so many people working here and it still takes 15 to 20 minutes to get food

Good food, very clean. First time eating here. Salad was good, had to pull off all the meat even though I told them no meat. Needs more vegetarian options. Veggie burger would be nice. Ice cream was really good.

Service is always behind schedule. If my order is "going to be ready about 6:10" and I leave the store at 635 , that's less than perfect for sure.

I shouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes for my order that I placed online .

Just adjust the online timing to accommodate the rush so we aren't being told the wrong time to show up.

5 stars all the way around for this restaurant. The food is very good, I'm in love with their spicy chicken sandwich that uses what is seemingly a very fresh piece of real chicken, which for a drive through restaurant is rare. You will pay for the quality though. The sandwiches are priced in between fast food and sit down quality restaurant food. The service is usually pretty quick (5-8 mins on most occasions) but this place is pretty popular so if you hit it during peak times, I'd plan to wait at least 10 mins. This does make sense as they say that they are preparing your food fresh, which I do believe. And they are famous for ice cream too!? I mean what more could you ask for! And right now (I don't know if they do this all of the time) if you fill out a survey at the bottom of the receipt, you can get a free small cake cone!

There's always an overabundance of workers ready to greet you take your order and bring it to you. Unlike other restaurants that were not even for sure what we're eating there but it Culver's you can taste the beef many other food options other than cheeseburgers I definitely recommend it

This a true fast food dining! Great customer service, great food and just a great experience. Oh and active duty and veterans get 10% off! Just ask!

Great burgers smashed and the meat is seasoned. I love the double cheese burger. The side options are vastly larger than most fast food.

I've only enjoyed the cod 2pc dinner with coleslaw and upgrade from Fry's to onion rings. If you like fish you will be dreaming of it from this day forward. I need to try some of the other items on the menu

Customer service is great, all the workers are super friendly and respectful. The restaurant is clean. We love the food as is always good, fresh and super tasty! Custard is delicious, specially the oreo cheesecake one. Can't say enough good things about Culver's, just love it!

I love the butter burgers. They're always hot and fresh, everytime they're served. If you haven't had their Chilli cheese fries yet, you're missing out. The Chilli on them is amazing.

We don't have many Culver's in Ohio so anytime I see one in my travels and it's mealtime? Guess where I stop. Best sandwiches, and cheese curds for sure. Even better than that is the service and cleanliness. Favorite not so fast, good food.
