On 06-16-2020. I discovered my unit with my padlock gone along with the contents as well.
I made all the reports as required but have lost.

The property is nice, the security seems decent but I haven't been able to use my gate code and it's been 3 days. I have had to call customer service each time I have entered to facility to get a temporary code. The customer service representatives we're very friendly and helpful, but I feel like this should be a non-issue.

The facility where my unit is located needs updating. However facility right down the street much better quality but no units available. CUStomer service agents very hard to understand due to the language barrier.

The price is right but their security is not. Their customer service is the worst. My storage unit was broken into and it took over a month for them to replace the slide plate to lock my unit. What a joke.

I didn't like that I get a unit all the way in the back with hardly no lights an absolutely no video cameras glad I got insurance

This company is a joke .!! I would let my dog store his fleas there. They are broken into daily by someone that works for red dot... I saw a couple of people at the facility at 430 a.m. cutting off locks. Good thing i was in mine !! If tiu are gonna store something do not use this place

We rented a unit for our daughter to store her things for the summer. After moving her things in we received an email saying she was moved out despite us never moving her things out of the unit. We tried to resolve the issue through email then with phone calls.we were told the unit had been rented to someone else even though we had paid for a second month

I ended up driving 4 hours down to try and meet a supervisor only to be told my appointment which was confirmed three times was never requested and the next time I could meet with a supervisor was a week later. The customer service rep kept asking me if I was sure I was at the right location and right locker. After verifying this multiple times they finally figured out an error may have happened

I confirmed my daughter's belongings were still in the unit and finally got them to update that we were still using the unit. This was after two seperate hour long phone calls and an 8 hour round trip to their location. They were unable to move my daughter back in and said they had to escalate the incident and would call me when everything was resolved. I Also requested I be contacted to discuss compensation for me having to take off work and drive down to resolve a situation that never should have happene which I was. Aslo promised. A few days later I received an email letting me know that my daughter has been moved in again and then an invoice for rent despite us already paying for the second month already. I have yet to receive the phone call I was promised on two separate occasions.

My son item's was place there and then somome broke in the unit. When we went to go check the unit the main entrance gate have been saw off. The customer service shared to call police. There are NO cameras there. Also, the next unit was broken into. When the police arrive they shared that they get many calls. So I advise anyone not to use this place if you must make sure you get insurance and the unit. Now I have to replace my son item's which in college. Disappointed!!!!
