Very good experience!!! Had a window knocked out and had glass everywhere and they not only repaired the window very quickly but they also vacuumed out all the shards of glass for me! Wonderful service... 10/10 would recommend and they will get all of my service from here on out!

I have been coming here for my needs for over 10 years now and I never thought to write a review until now.

Locally owned and very nice and friendly staff. Their prices have always been incredibly competitive. I dunno why I started using this place years ago, but I’m glad I did.

I had to do a full windshield replacement on my husband's truck. They're quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I would like to share a story with you about one of your employees I ran into at a gas station in Shelburn IN. I wish I would of got his name to be able to give him praise by name but I was in front of him in line at the register and could not find my debit card in my wallet to pay for my drink and cookie I was purchasing. So I told him to go ahead and I would have to run to my car to find my card and he offered to just pay for my items for me. I told him no it was fine I know i have my card as I had used it earlier that day but he insisted. I even offered to give him the one dollar I had in cash but he refused. I did find my card in my car and thanked him again before he left. I will be sure to pay his kindness forward. Please be sure to find this employee and give him praise for being a kind human and a good representation for your company. I have used your company in the past and will definitely use you again in the future due to his kindness:)

Thanks to chip and sealing SRd 48 & 159, I had 3 chips in my windshield. American Eagle got me right in and in a matter of minutes they were repaired! Very pleased!!!

I had the chip filled in and they did an amazing job. They also charged me exactly what they quoted me. I've used them in the past for new windshields as well and they also do an amazing job with that.

Outstanding customer service from this place. I had to have my back glass window replaced, they ordered the glass and installed it quickly. While driving it I kept hearing a rattling noise and it was the window banging against the back door of my Jeep. They quickly ordered a new one and realized the rubber trim did not come on the OEM window. They went to a local Jeep dealership and purchased the rubber trim themselves and came to my place of employment and installed it at no charge to me. The service men were professional and incredibly courteous. Outstanding job! Thank you!

Five stars. Just had front windshield replacement done today (July 8th, 2022) and would absolutely recommend. Totally reasonable price for the 2004 sedan I have and the work was done professionally. They even moved my oil change sticker over to my new glass. Very lovely ladies at the front desk.

They were great. I was originally set up with Safelite and I had such a bad experience, I contacted my insurance and they recommended American Eagle. Great to work with and Audrey in the office is wonderful. Techs were also great and got done in a timely manner when I finally got to deal with professionals. (which Safelite is not). Would highly recommend..

I stopped by with a flat safety glass replacement, the crew wasn't sure, Rodger the owner came out and told me if I could make a template of the glass he would give it a shot...but no promises. I knew the cost of a replacement from the OE manufaturer. Bottom line is Rodger and his crew went above and beyond to help me out. I know for a fact it wasn't an easy fix...but in the end they saved me hundred of dollars Thank You Rodger and Crew, my wife is a happy camper now.

They did the back glass on my old pickup in 30mins. Great job. I found a dent on my two week old cowl induction hood and thought they maybe done it on accident. So I questioned and conversed with Roger. He insisted I come in and watch the camera.
After figuring out i was in the wrong, (it had to have happened at home in the past two nights) I apologized and left a tip. They were all pretty professional about it. Sorry folks. I would definitely recommend this place

Got our back window replaced, Very good and in a good time manner. Very good priced. Cheapest I had found!! Very good customer services. On the way home our glass ended up breaking when we hit a hole. They were quick to order a new glass and fix it the next day free of charge. Definitely would go back and recommend to others. :)

Staff was real nice, office and the technician both were friendly. Dropped my car off at 7 a.m. and was done within 2 to 3 hours. Originally had an appointment with safelite because it was who my insurance recommended. They gave me a window of dropping off between 7:30 to 10, but booked someone else because I didn't drop it off by 8 even though I was given a time frame. American Eagle did it for way less than Safelite was going to charge anyways, worked out for the better.

Always a friendly staff. Quality work, quick service. I have taken many vehicles there when I had my delivery fleet. I still and always will use them.

Great job, great customer service from Audrey (receptionist) to Bob (technician). I called yesterday at 4:30 and they were able to send someone out by 10:45 the next morning.
They don't charge an additional fee for sending someone out, either.
I will definitely use them again if I need it .
