Amazing experience super kid- friendly with how low their stools are really bright environment not like other McDonald's ive seen super dark. Staff is always amazing when I go lol know all their names almost overnight team and dinner team the best always a smooth experience and awesome food. I know its just McDonald's but they don't mess up my food here at all I really do appreciate it. Sometimes people are in a rush just glad I can rely on McDonald's east for fast and super kind employees. 😇🤑🤑😇also online app helps out here i save like usually 5 or so bucks. I go here ALL the time. The food is good, even if the freeze machine is down sometimes. And then employees are all so nice. My friend spilled her fries all over the floor of her car when we were waiting for the rest of our food and the lovely woman at the window replaced them for her. I love this location.

I sat at this location for 2.5 hours while waiting for my son to finish at an event. I was able to get work done using the amazing internet. The staff was amazing. I ordered food via the app for table service. They brought it to me and even asked to refill my drink. An older gentleman came around a few times to take my trash. The food was good but the selling point was the great staff and clean environment.

I use this McDonald's almost daily whenever I'm at work, not only is it less than 2 miles from my building, but it's also (in my opinion) the BEST McDonald's in Terre Haute. I frequently use the mobile app but I usually go through the drive-thru to get my food at any McDonald's I visit because I've found that I get better quality food than if I use the curbside option (which usually takes forever at most other McDonald's) but this one is by far THE BEST because I never have an issue with my food being cold or wrong (especially whenever I customize my order) from the drive-thru, the counter, and curbside service. Plus they're super good and speedy about getting your order to you in a timely manner.

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS McDONALD'S TO ANYONE WHO WANTS HOT AND FRESH FOOD!!!!!!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could

Super fast even right in the middle of lunch time! The workers were kind and wearing masks which was great!

Don’t particularly love that McDonald’s has gone to plastic cups though.

The quality of the food??? It's McD's. But this is the only one in town that almost always has it fresh and right. The people are friendly here also. Not common at the other stores in town. I drive out of my way to get breakfast here only because of the friendly staff and the accuracy of the orders.

Excellent customer service. Best experience I have ever had at a macdonalds.

Fries were disgusting, but the drive thru attendant was great! She was so sweet & friendly!

Fast and friendly service in a clean well maintained dining room. Plenty of outlets for charging while you dine.
The coffee is great and the prices are on par with similar style restaurants. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Reviewing only on our recent dine in experience. We were helped right away and in between customers, the front counter person was working hard to keep the cafe clean. Workers seemed happy and were efficient. Food was great- very hot and fresh fries.

Well McDonald's here was good the one in Branson west, MO sucks I, ll give this one a 10.

Nice place to eat. Order was correct and the food was hot. After the order was delivered (waited in a parking spot due to the number of quarter pounders ordered), a second employee came by and asked if we needed any ketchup, napkins, etc. Very cheery service!

You cannot go wrong with this location. The owners are involved and you always get fast, friendly service. Other Terre Haute locations are slow and un-caring. We always get great food and service from this location. It is always our first stop as we leave town and our last stop as we come back home.

The Dr pepper didn't taste like Dr pepper, so I called and was offered a replacement. I most definitely took them up on the offer, and appreciated the convenience of making the change so quickly.

Believe it or not, we received exactly what we ordered and exactly as we ordered. Seems having ordering a simple mcdouble with mustard only IS actually doable. Not in Ft Wayne Indiana on Rudisul Blvd, though! It seems to be a task for them to simply find a box for the Fry's!

This McDonalds location has vary rarely screwed up an order. I've seen two employees have arguments but everything is always prepared in a fast time, employees always are very friendly, and the foods are always good.

Food is usually fresh here every now and then you get bad fries, not as bad as other locations around. But it has friendly employees and in a good location. So I’ll keep going to this location.

The place is very good and the customer service was great. I liked that they had the straws and the top in a bag so they didn't touch it directly.

Because this McDonald's provides to small city the people are used to its fast excellent service so 1 day were service is @ it's normal speed customers freak out go crazy. ever hear the theory if you give a cookie to a mouse, this theory will be visual in matter of seconds
