Sir Thomas Automotive is top notch. I've taken my vehicle there for several things and he's always been up front with what needs done and will make sure it gets done right. Even if there are issues he won't rest until it's done.

I've had my vehicles repaired many times at Sir Thomas automotive and each time I feel they were upfront and courteous throughout the process. Their communication is by far the best I've ever ever seen with before, during, and after repair texts and emails. There's always going to be people complaining about something and I've learned that you can't please everybody but Sir Thomas automotive pleases me and that's what I like.

Highly recommended. Trustworthy and professional! I've been taking my vehicles there for years and will never go elsewhere. This man helps us every which way he can, and we know his word and work is top quality. He's always tried to help the people we've sent there as well, and never have had any problems. In my eyes he is the best mechanic in terre haute.
My Husband took his van to another place before Tom and they were going to charge him almost 10 grand for a new motor that he didn't need, come to find out all his motor needed was a new intake manifold that cost about 1500. When I got in a wreck and the shop sent my car to Ford, they were telling me that my engine was bad prior to the accident and if it wasn't for Tom's diagnostic systems saying differently ford wouldn't have fixed my engine. So thank you Tom. 😊

We have taken multiple cars/truck to Sir Thomas and have always had great service. Tom is always upfront and honest about what is needed and cost to fix. Would not trust anyone but Tom and Sir Thomas Automotive Repair with my vehicles. A+

I recently Had SIr Thomas fix a 2021 BMW. They did an amazing job. They ley me know as they diagnosed the car what the problem was. They were very transparent about what needed done to fix the problems. They calibrated the ADOS system and aligned the car and it fixed all the problems. I HIGHLY recommend using Sir Thomas automotive. I'll be back for sure.

I had a wonderful experience through and through with the staff at Sir Thomas! Justin was very helpful in walking me through the process of getting my car inspected and fixed. I had the full inspection and service of my vehicle done in less than 2 days. Truly wonderful and I will be going back for any of my car issues!

I have personally been taking all of my vehicles to Sir Thomas for several years now. Recently I had them put tires on my Jeep and for the record, I priced everywhere between Plainfield and Terre Haute. Sir Thomas was by far the best deal on the same brand and size of tire that I had priced everywhere else. They have done all of my oil changes, minor and major auto repairs in these past several years. I have read some of the other reviews, based on my experience with Sir Thomas, I think the folks leaving these reviews are wanting something for nothing!! I have never been shown anything but respect and gratitude to have myself, family and friends as customers. Sir Thomas is a business that is fair, frank and very friendly. They are what a business should be!

The radio on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee stopped working correctly and I wanted a place I could trust to do the replacement correctly. They checked everything on the vehicle and installed the radio as soon as they received it. Overall a fantastic shop!

Hands down best experience I’ve had at an auto shop in a very long time, probably ever honestly. Extremely detailed, kept me up to date every step of the process. Even sent me videos of what they were fixing. The owner himself called me every day my truck was in the shop to review what they found, how it could be fixed, and what it was going to cost. I took my truck here to get a second opinion and ended up a new loyal customer. If you want something done right the first time, for a fair cost, and total transparency, you can’t go wrong with Sir Thomas Automotive. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing my truck, they made me feel like family while they did it. Can’t recommend this shop enough, my wife and I were extremely impressed. Most garages didn't want to work on my son's BMW. He was recommended to take it Sir Thomas Auto. They did a wonderful job fixing the engine and got it running back to the way it was when he first purchased it. Excellent service.

I've used Sir Thomas for about 15 years now and I've always been happy with them. Tommy (the son) has taken over (or is slowly taking over) from the dad Tom, so it'll be Sir Thomas for years. They give clear honest prices. They do excellent work. I've never had any issues and it's the only mechanic I ever plan to use. I have no idea why people pay the high prices for places like Belle Tire (over side of town) when you could go to Sir Thomas.

As a college student hours from home this place made me feel as comfortable as possible getting my car fixed without my parents close. Their process of inspection and online results from the inspection is convenient and easy to involve my parents hours away. Prices are fair and affordable and they fit me in and got my service done fast so I would be ready to drive home that weekend!
