Uap Clinic Pharmacy

My wife and I recently moved from Colorado to Terre Haute. In the process I've had to transfer my medical prescriptions which became somewhat of a nightmare. After choosing the UAP Pharmacy my problems continued. If it wasn't for the staff at that location I don't know how I would have resolved the issues. Sheryl Sapp, Candy Harvey, Sarah Gossett and Roxanne Ling went above and beyond the scope of their duties. They spent two days and I don't know how many phone calls trying to figure out what exactly was going on. Their resilience paid off and I got my much needed prescriptions. We can't thank them enough.

Unfortunately there are issues with getting meds refilled, even automatic refills!! If a script has expired you know about it when u call to inquire about the refill then your out of important meds you need for few days! I was also informed to call the Dr. for the refill. Don’t pharmacies do this as a provided service? It would be very helpful if they had extended evening or Saturday hours for out of town and night shift workers. I’m unable to use a closer more convenient pharmacy due to insurance.

They never have my scripts done. Everytime they claim 15-20 min more.
And the larger blond lady is RUDE AS HECK
Worst pharmacy I ever dealt with!
They need retrained in customer service.
