Several years later, even as a over the road truck driver, I have been steady at 5.8. She's not scared to stand her ground, but at the same time, doesn't need to talk loud and make you leave through the walk of shame. = (talking so loud that staff, and patience stare at you when you leave).

I have been seeing Doctor Ingebrigsten for about 4 years now. I absolutely love her! She is very thorough and listens to all my needs. Any questions I have had, she is willing to answer. Her staff is great and I could not imagine seeing any other Doctor! Definitely has my recommendation!

We recently moved back to Terre Haute.Wife previously had Dr Janice for physician and was well satisfied. Wife and I are both patients and well pleased. A professional staff, Dr. Janice takes time to listen to you.

Love Dr Janis and staff. Very rarely do we have a long wait to be seen. Dr. Janis always goes out of her way to make sure all of our concerns are addressed and taken care of.

Great doctor! The only one I trust in Terre Haute. I wish you didn't get some snot nosed, know it all at the call center when you try to reach her office.

We moved to Terre Haute over 7 years ago. I started going to Dr. Janis then. I really like her and her staff. Dr. Janis is very thorough and listens to you. She seems concerned about me and my health. But one thing that I do not like is that you cannot talk to her about more than one issue per visit. I usually have more than one health issue to discuss, since I have many health problems. Am I supposed to make an appointment for each one? It is a waste of my time and money! Also she joined a Medical Clinic in Rockville over a year or more ago and I could not get in to see her. I do not want to see a Nurse Practitioner, but want to see her! So I found a different Dr., but am not happy with him. I am now looking for another Dr. I hope to find a woman Dr. who is taking new patients and my insurance.

I have been with Dr janis for 25 years. She always listened to me, took care of my health issues immediately.
She is a great physician! Always busy.

Everytime I visit Dr. Ingebrigtsen's office, I feel listened to and taken care of. Everyone is friendly and kind. One time I arrived 4 hours early to my appointment - not sure how that happened - and they fit me right in, which was awesome since I live 1/2 an hour away. I never have to wait long. I am in good hands here.

Only giving three because I have been calling for 3 days and cannot get an answer. I've waited and waited and nothing. I loveeeee her and her staff but goodness... id like to be able to get in.

Very rude on the phone. They told me I have never brought my daughter there before so we have to make two appointments and be a "new patient" I have taken her there before a couple years ago and the doctor's name is on her insurance card. I remember very clearly the reason why I brought her and also remember running into a friend at the office. They had me on the phone for 20 minutes just to make an appointment and they were not nice! Very irritating.

This woman uses her OWN BELIEFS and opinions on medications. Will not prescribe existing meds after moving here because she dont believe in those medications. This is a clear case of a doctor forcing their opinions on a patient, rather than the patients needs. Does NOT listen. Will NEVER use her services again.

The nurse, Christie, said next time I needed a lot of things done to call and let them know ahead of time. I told her that I did call and tell someone. She said I was going to be cutting into other patients times because of it. Then she said how she was menopausal...that is no reason to be rude to me and make me feel like my time as a patient isn't valuable. Then Courtney, made an appointment without even talking to me in order to find out what day or time works best for me. I ended up calling to cancel the appointment that she made for me, as well as my 1 month follow up that was made when I visited. I called twice and left 2 voicemails to the manager and no return call yet. Guess I'll just find me a much better office to go to!

I waited for 2.5 hours to get called back. When I finally got to see her, she was very rude and didn't seem to care. While talking to her, she up and left the room and didn't say why. When she came back 15 minutes later she said she had something important to do and got a phone call. Then told me to leave. She didn't exam me or listen so I asked why. She huffed and sighed and wrote me a prescription for something, still didn't even look at me or listen, and left. I will never go back.
