Honestly I’ve had some pretty sweet things to say about different pharmacists I’ve came in contact with over the years. At 50 years of age I can say this Dr. Patel fella was the absolute best pharmacist I’ve ever spoken with. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to spread that brain power of his simply. And my brain was able to soak up his wisdom words. Honestly this will be my new pharmacy. Excellent service and friendly folks. Not very often do I walk out of an establishment thinking I had a good deal/experience. This place under the guidance of Dr. Patel was just perfection. Prices were known before hand and his genuine love to share his knowledge is legendary. Yes, he’ll make money. As do they all but the difference is that he is on a different level. And my first impression of him and his business was way way above the Terre Haute normal everyday flow. Phenomenal guys. Keep it up.

Vigo Health Pharmacy has resuscitated my faith in Terre Haute pharmacies. If you are dissatisfied with yours, please call them or go inside one time. Their intelligence, competence, courtesy, and timeliness are without parallel. Frankly, there is no reason for the embarrassingly poor and embarrassingly corporate Krogers or CVSs to exist in this town.

Aalpesh is one of the most experienced pharmacist I have ever had in my life and also customer service is unbearable

They were very friendly and were able to fill what I needed much quicker than anywhere else. They called when it was done, and I loved that they have a drive thru. They were also actually staffed and open, unlike most of the other places. Highly recommend!!

I cannot tell you how helpful and informative the pharmacist was. He went over and above to educate and inform me about the medication I was picking up. Tremendously professional. Thank you.

This is what customer service is supposed to be! The service they provide to me and my family have made me want to write this review. The staff are so nice, respectful and make sure whoever walks in the door is treated with the best of care. Other pharmacy's need to take a look at what they do here. If our community would band together and "really" strive for patient care/customer care like they do at Vigo Pharmacy....we would be the best not only here but everywhere! Just saying.....:)

So glad I switched to Vigo Health. My son was prescribed an antibiotic late in the evening and we didn't have to wait until morning because they were so kind to stay late until we got there to pick it up.

I have just switched pharmacies. Just waiting for last script..Noticed communication between staff.. AWESOME!!

The pharmacist is caring and very friendly the whole staff is super friendly I met the pharmacist when he was at cvs in Sullivan you can’t ask for a better person then him. If we had more people like him and his team members it would be so much better.

My dr suggested this pharmacy due to problems of not getting my medicine in a timely manner from cvs pharmacy and I couldn’t be more pleased with Vigo health pharmacy! They are super nice and very prompt about filling my medicine on time! WI will be a customer with them for a very long time!

Alpesh helps me to be able to afford my medication I otherwise could never get since I don't have any insurance. I can't think of anyone else more trustworthy, or trusting in return, or anyone else who truly thinks about your wellbeing rather than what you owe. I love this place and all the staff.

The owner Alpesh Patel goes above and beyond to help you in any way he can. It is real old fashioned service when people actually cared about the customer and know you by name. The golden rule of treat people the way you want to be treated is practiced there. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!. I am moving 80 miles away but I will still be using Vigo health. Either come once a month or he will ship them to me. He is Fair, honest, helpful, trustworthy and a refreshing person to deal with in this world of greed and uncaring businesses. I can't say enough good things about them.
