Union Medical Group (UAP Clinic) - Downtown

I was in town from out of state to take my daughter to a college tour at rose hulman. 3 other urgent cares would not take my blue cross blue shield ppo insurance bc i was from out of state. I was miserable with ear pain, headache, fever, sore throat, cough and needed antibiotics.
It was a long wait 2 plus hours, but they saw me and only charged me 35 dollars (copay). The dr gave me antibiotics and steroid script. I was able to get it filled the next day bc Walgreens was already closed.

Best clinic in town when you are sick. Joe and Jill at the front desk are so friendly, Franklin is a compassionate and comforting nurse, and Megan the NP that took care of me was amazing.

had a major tooth ache and they gave me an antibiotic shot and prescribed me more antibiotics. they were so so nice and very quick! i will be going back if i need to.

Best place in town Jennifer at reception is exceptional! Franklin the nurse is exceptional as well!

I spent approx two and half hours this morning in Convenient Care, Terre Haute. I had been sick sev days, even though I couldn’t describe my symptoms. Convenient care gave my husband and I every test possible. Dr Doll explained our issues so caring yet so professionally. From the receptionist, nurse, technician and Dr Doll, our experience with each was wonderful! Thank you.

Traveling from SC to ID we stoppped in to see a doctor about a cough that seemed to be worsening. The service at check-in was very welcoming and professional and the nurse called me back before I had finished at check-in. The PA I had was just as wonderful and I am on a quick road to recovery. Thank you to the staff for making us feel like family even though we were strangers. Peggy

My visits have always went well, from check in to getting care. It might be a little crowded sometimes but they give u the best care. CUDOS UAP TEAM!!

Very good clinic, Jennifer and the entire front staff welcomed us right in and the doctor and nurse was very professional and knowledgeable...... the doctor listened to what was wrong and knew exactly how to fix the issue would definitely recommend this clinic

I would recommend the Med Clinic to anyone that cant get in too see their regular Dr. The staff was great, Nurse was wonderful and the Dr was very thorough. I felt terrible but had no doubt I was in good hands.

Great place to go. They are always fast checking you in and calling you back. You don't have to wait long for the doctor and they are very nice!

I love it here. They always have fast service at the family doctor. Dr. Reed is a very conversatable person. He is very nice and finds my problems very quickly.

Went in for my daughter to be seen, she was very sick with a nasty cold. Really nice , professional , in and out quickly. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Ripple was great. In and out in about 25 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Their extended hours are very convenient!
