Been with them for a while and things were great until new management took over. Not pleased bill's due the first and on the second they're asking where your payment is while at the same time saying if you've mailed it please allow time for them to recieve it. In not happy at all because I do not like the constant harassment, they get paid every month when I get paid. Now they are requiring insurance on my unit. I store morning of value in the unit because I know better than to put valuable stuff in there. This may be the time to close my unit out
