Mark and the crew he sent out to replace our windows were excellent. They were great to work with during the process and the guys who came to install were absolutely fantastic with our family.

This is the best place to shop for windows, doors, trim ect. The entire team are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this great business!

We actually have used them 2 times now! Before we had decided to sell our last home we were ready for new windows and it wasn’t an easy job because we had extremely old windows! They were very professional and gave us options and always lead us the right direction. We then moved and of course had to use them again because they did so well and had them come out and replace 4 windows for us at our new house. Both times they were amazing!

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism shown by Mark and his staff. Our work was done on time as scheduled. The value was in the workmanship provided. We would recommend to anyone and will surely do so.

The wine is excellent. The building is beautiful and the owner and staff are friendly, gracious and able guides regarding the types of wine they offer. You can purchase wines by the glass, bottle or if you want to taste several, you can purchase a sampler of 6 different wines. The bottle pricing of the wine is very reasonable and make excellent additions to your personal collection or gifts for family and friends!

Installed a beautiful storm door, and I appreciate the length they went to insure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this local business.

Excellent service

I just called to see what their hours were on Good Friday!

They installed a custom stair railing and a wooden wall topper for a half wall.

The stair railing turned out pretty good with just a few minor hiccups in it but I can understand that.

The wall topper on the other hand didn’t turn out the way I wanted it and they left the work unfinished. Some of the pieces was not cut right and if the board wasn’t long enough they just added another board that didn’t match. When I called and told them about it they said they ordered more boards to fix the problem and never came to fix it. I guess when they get their money they think there done with the job. Clearly quality doesn’t matter to them.

The older installer they sent out was hard working and kind. That’s the only thing positive I can say about this place. Our very expensive sliding door has never been right. The doors don’t slide freely. The screen was ripped from the start. They said they would replace it and never did. Several of the windows weren’t installed right and are hard to open and close. The owner’s son was present on the day of install and made it very clear that he was in a hurry to get done and leave for vacation. After building our house, hiring this place is one of my biggest regrets. Every time I walk in and out the sliding door and fight with the junky screen door, or open a window that is practically impossible to open and close, I’m reminded how awful this place was and I hope I can keep others from dealing with the same headache.

Talked with Alex about getting new windows installed because my windows are to old to order parts for, I was going to buy 20 windows for my entire home. Guess my business isn’t important because he never got back with me. So I went with someone else. I suggest you do the same.

I have a window that shows water stains on the frame and along the window sill areas with paint peeling on the outside, so I reached out to Elite View in hopes of getting a quote from someone who might be able to tell me what it would take to repair and or replace either the wood areas and or the entire window if necessary (or propose other ideas if something non-window related is happening). Basically, and to keep things as simple as possible, I just needed a quote from someone to determine how to proceed in remediating any possible problems I'm seeing with the window and just make things better). So, I called Elite View and I agreed to the day and time that "Mark" proposed for him to come out.

Fast-forward to the week and the morning-of that we're supposed to meet (after arranging time off from work to accommodate *his* schedule) and I get a call from him 30 minutes before our meeting time asking me questions about the situation over the phone only for him to eventually admit that he just didn't want to come out, and that if he did, it'd be to quote an entire replacement window. This was all something he could've done before everything was arranged for him to come out, but given he didn't even look at anything and that everything he was told over the phone came from someone who has no experience in home construction whose home has had roof work done in the past, it's impossible to say whether an entire window is needed or if something else should or could be done if the things I see might be attributed to past leaks before the roof work was completed. He also quoted me more than $500 for a replacement vinyl window.
