Everyone I've met there have been nice and friendly. They tend to work fast.

I went there to check on a case status but they don’t have anything in their hands. However, I’m giving them 5 stars because of the lady that she helped me out, her name was Kim, he is super nice.

Very knowledgeable about fast service

Very friendly and helpful staff! Got me in and out within minutes and answered all of my questions. Only complaint I have is that if you GPS it it takes you to the wrong place; get the address fixed and it would be 5 stars for sure!

Went in with questions about HIP got nowhere one lady said she would call me back and 2 days later I still didn’t hear anything so I’ve been on the phone for 2 more days trying to get answers and no one can help me

Every time I am in there the front desk people are snarky, rude, and hateful. Went in today to reapply for FoodStamps and as soon as I came in people were crying due to no one helping them. When I ask why I was told it was due to Covid-19. So I asked then why are you even here and was ignored.

I brushed it off and finished up printing off what I needed. Only to be yelled at that I cannot go behind the desk where the printer is. When I said I was printing papers the rude woman said "It hasn't made a noise. It will be ready when I makes a noise." I bit my tongue because I was about to snap at this rude woman. The whole front staff needs retrained or replaced.

Not much helps at all. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
