Piloni's Italian Restaurant

Wonderful restaurant that makes you feel welcome and at home right when you walk in! The service was perfect and the food was absolutely divine. We loved the caprese sale, meatballs, spaghetti, and eggplant parmesan! Everything was 5 stars and we cannot wait to come back again!

My husband and I came to dinner last Saturday evening and had the pleasure of meeting our server, Brigitte. Our meal was excellent & very tasty. We started off with oysters on half shell and meatballs as appetizers and also had a garden salad. When we ordered our entree, Brigitte and my husband discussed the calamari. My husband is from the east coast and is a third generation Italian. When his calamari was served, Brigitte had prepared the calamari exactly like my husband’s grandmother did long ago!! Our entree was eggplant parmigiana with homemade spaghetti!
We had excellent service, food, and atmosphere to celebrate our 35th anniversary!!

Ordered a 16" sausage and mushroom pizza. How did I not know this place had some of the best pizza I have ever had?? And it's only about a quarter mile from me!

The price is great, the toppings were super fresh, the flavor is amazing, and the service was super fast. I can't wait to order one so my kid can try it next time he's here.

Always a terrific experience! The food is real Italian cuisine and well worth it. Service is excellent, too. Best breadsticks anywhere.

I was craving pasta in an unfamiliar city and I did some googling and found a nice place called Piloni’s. I went relatively early in the day so the restaurant wasn’t too busy , but they have seats aplenty! I was greeted promptly and seated at the bar and the bartender/server there was very kind and talked to me about the menu. I already had penne vodka on my mind and notice they have a half serving or a whole. Let me tell you, that half serving was more than enough and if you are one person you could probably have another little meal later. Which is never a bad thing. My favorite part though was the calamari, I know that mind sound kind of weird seeing as how it wasn’t an entree but these were the best breaded calamari I’ve had, crunchy but super soft at the same time, calamari mouth love. I also ordered a side of fried veal with my pasta and that was also good as well. I ate too much but still ordered dessert to go. I didn’t capture the magic sugar moment but I got the tuxedo cake which I was told was one of their popular choices. So if you haven’t tried Piloni’s, do it. Like now. If you want.

Generally not a fan of Italian food, never go to Olive Garden, makes me feel bloated and yucky but this HOMEMADE everything is freaking amazing!!!!
We drove 2 hours from Illinois and were not disappointed!!
I ate everything and it was so delicious!!! The handmade salad dressings, handmade celery soup with gnocchi melted in my mouth ... amazed at those little pillows of heaven!!!
The Carbonara (bacon, olive oil, creamy sauce over big homemade fettuccine noodles was spectacular!!!) Friends had lasagna, chicken parmesan and penne pasta which was also all delicious! Fried ravioli appetizer was good. Our desserts were also fantastic! Cannoli, raspberry cheesecake and tiered marble cake! You MUST go here to experience awesome homemade Italian food!

It is always a great time at Pilonis. I had the Ravioli Spinaci and subbed for the Old World Cream Sauce.

Had never been here before. And our waitress gave us some superb suggestions that my girlfriend and I absolutely loved! 💯 and may I add I dinned in on a busy Saturday night, and we were in and out in less than an hour!! Wow! Great service!!

Great Italian in town and especially up north. Prices are aligned with chains. Not too expensive and the pasta is homemade! Great flavor and reasonably priced.

Back area is also cozy and better for groups. The walls are painted with murals of Italy and very well painted. Wait staff is super friendly and welcoming. Pasta and sauce is made there and they give free bread sticks. Love the front bar area and the atmosphere reminds me of Italy. They take reservations in the back room and I haven't found anything I don't like. Caprese salad is delicious.

This was our second time visiting Piloni’s. The first time we sat on the lounge side, and this time we sat in the family area which had a more laid back feel. We ordered a half order of fettuccine alfredo, the chicken fungi, and it came with breadsticks. The homemade pasta is what made us come back; it’s so good! We came a little later in the evening this time, and it seemed like the breadsticks had been hanging out awhile and had gone a little stale. Overall though, the food here is great, and we will continue to stop in when we’re in the area!

We loved everything! Fried ravioli, spaghetti, chicken cordon bleu, and lasagna were all excellent. Their freshly made pasta was such a treat!

Wow - home made pasta - noodles, lasagne, all the dishes. Fresh eggplant, seafood. All you can tell made fresh what a treat! Really cozy and cute atmosphere with clean bathrooms and space. Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great place for real homemade pasta. Not frozen, store bought. The pasta was fresh and tasted so good. I had a vegitable ravioli. Nothing like I have ever tasted. So Good!! Kids ate chicken and spaghetti, they ate it all. Wife has shrimp parmesan. She loved it. This. Place is a must to go visit. Loved the music. Friendly staff. Tyler was a great server. easy 5 star food.

Great food and service, the sever and other staff was so nice to my 2yo nephew. They asked old he was and what he is going for Halloween. In which he said he is going as Iron Man. The atmosphere of the place is so lovely the vide is home, with the- what I assume is family pictures so cute !

I have NEVER had a bad experience or meal at Piloni's. Food, service, and atmosphere are always great. The food was excellent and service impeccable. Great place to celebrate our family Christmas. Thank you!

We dined for lunch, I ordered lasagna and hubs had veal parmesan with a side of spaghetti. Scrumptious ! If you've never had homemade pasta this is the place to try !

I had lamb chops that was absolutely amazing a beautiful salad with the best blue cheese dressing I have ever had tiramisu for dessert the whole meal was absolutely amazing bar none the best meal I have ever had the way the waiter was such a good man I couldn't have asked for a better birthday experience! everybody at pilonis works so hard with everything they do!!

I ordered via Door Dash while in town on a business trip, and Oh. My. Word. The arugula salad, calamari with lemon garlic sauce, and tortellini alla venetta were all amazing. If I was a local, I'd be a regular!
