Point Restaurant

We went for a family dinner, the kitchen staff out does themselves. The wait staff is very helpful and courteous, and the owner mixes with guests. This will always be my favorite place in sweet home for amazing salads and outstanding service.

Our first time here and so far everything is perfect! Great and reasonable prices, beautiful view of Foster Lake, quiet place with attentive staff. The smiles and friendliness are worth the visit all by themselves! I give this place a 10/10!!!

I ordered one of the weekend featured specials… The Tuscan Style New York steak w/shallots, mushrooms, and rosemary - medium rare. It was done to perfection, tender and juicy, with a healthy helping of mushrooms and toppings. Absolutely delicious, and would highly recommend. Service was super friendly and attentive as always. Thanks again for a delicious meal and great experience!

I had the Frittata special. The Hollandaise was perfect. We will never drive by this restaurant again.

As a person with many allergies I appreciate how much The Point Restaurant pays attention to how my food is prepared. It is always delicious. The gluten free desserts are amazing, and they also have the best staff. Thanks for always taking such good care of me.

My large family of 8 came in, that included 4 children. Nothing but respectful & helpful service. 10/10 recommend. Outdoor seating would be perfect during the summer, you get an amazing view of the water. 🩷

Great day spent in Sweet Home and ended it with a delicious supper from here. Many coworkers recommended it. I had the seafood combo. Add the oysters and clams. Might as well. Friend had seafood pasta. Said it was great. Shared a sampler appetizer. All was excellent. We visited on a Tuesday in January. No line, quick seating and great food. Waitress was great as well!

Party of ten two different nights/dinners and everything we ordered was great! Clean and friendly service. One of, if not the best places to eat in town. Will stop here every time.

We sat outside on the patio. Great view! The service was great, the food was great. I would definitely recommend stopping at The Point if your passing by!

This is one of our favorite places to eat in the Sweethome area. All the food we have tried here is delicious. My favorite is their prime rib, which is awesome!

Best place to eat in sweet home! We went on a date here and will come back in the future. It’s nice to eat a meal and look out at foster lake. The service was phenomenal! Very kind and attentive. The portions were great, and the meals were tasty.

First time eating here.. Went in for lunch. The food was great, the view over the lake was beautiful. All made fresh and homemade bread was delicious. Our server Amanda was super friendly and knowledgeable. A great dining experience and we will definitely come back.

This a definite stop when in the small town of Sweet Home, I stopped in with my family for dinner. We we're quickly greeted and taken to a table. The staff here is very friendly, and prices are on target for portions you receive. The food was delicious, and waiter was very attentive to our needs on refills. We will be back real soon.

This was the second time we have dined at Point Restaurant. We liked it so much the first time, we drove WAY out of our way to go there again. The food is great, the view is great, they have Lottery games (we won this time), and the staff was very friendly, plus the service was quick. Sweet Home is lucky to have such world class family style diner!

We got the Fish and Chips to go tonight and ate at the view point across the street. It was so good, as usual. The staff here are always friendly and the views are great. A few of our families favorites are the Killer Chicken Sandwich, the Jumbo Prawns, the steamer clams and the Halibut Sandwich.

Went on a very busy Friday night. Lots of people were stressed out about having to wait. The team was trying so hard to make everyone happy. It took a while to get our take out, but food was amazing! Appreciate people that continue to serve others graciously even when other aren’t as kind to them.

Great place! There are a lot of varieties on the menu!! Very good foods! I got Halibut Fish and Chips, while my partner ordered fried clam. I really like the ham and beans soup too! They were very busy this evening! Wonderful service!!
