Professional and reputable service department with great technicians. We camped overnight in one of the two full-service pads for our scheduled appointment. Issue was diagnosed quickly (propane pressure issue, not Truma furnace issue) and a recommended repair shop made the ultimate fix. Great people!

I had Truma service my Aquago water heater today because the temperature stabilizer froze and cracked. The rv dealer never gave instructions on how to winterize and had no idea of how the aquago worked. The guys at Truma service were outstanding. Eddie and Jason went beyond what was expected to make sure I was happy. Truma is lucky to have them. They explained the unit and winterization procedures. They even put in a shut off valve in case of emergency. The heater is awesome. Never run out of hot water.

Excellent experience with an installation. It was interesting to see the showroom of RV products and the huge drive-in environmental testing chamber.

I recently required service under my 2 year warranty on a Truma Combi Comfort Plus 6 furnace. The Elkhart facility was spacious, clean and efficient. Jason Wright was my service technician. He did an outstanding job at assessing the problem and effecting immediate repairs. I was out of the shop in two hours! I categorize this as outstanding service. Thank you Truma! Our Alde water heater sprung a leak a week ago. We were within 5 hours of Elkhart and I called to see if there was an appointment available and there was! We arrived the night before with very detailed instructions provided by email. Eddie and Tim were working on the problem right on time. They kept us apprised of their progress consistently, while we camped out at a couple of desks to do some work. Other employees came by a few times to check on us, too.

Unfortunately, our out-of-warranty unit had to be replaced. But it only took 3 hours and we were out the door.

Eddie and Tim took the time to educate us on the finer points of Alde maintenance and operation that will help us make our new unit last. Their kindness an attention to detail (like the damaged outlet they found) is deeply appreciated. Big thanks to them!

The only thing we had trouble with was the cell signal is horrible with AT&T inside the building. So I took a nap on their comfortable couch. 😊

We had an issue due to the lack of proper winterization done last fall. Dorsey was our contact and was very responsive to our situation and worked with us to get the Truma replaced on our schedule. Once at their location and spending the night prior to the repair date we were met by Ed in the morning and they had us pull into the service center on time and the repair was performed as planned. This was a very good experience for us and would recommend them for such a repair if needed.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Truma in Elkhart. They quickly diagnosed and repaired an issue that my local RV service center couldn’t. All employees were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend their service center or any product that Truma sells.

Amazing service.... We screwed up winterizing our Dynamax Isata 3, dealer never showed us the proper way and we were not going back to them to fix it. Dorsey was extremely professional and understood our situation.

Eddie spent time explaining the winterization and its proper operation, he should do a You Tube. We felt that Jason was truly concerned about our issues and went above and beyond.

Truma makes awesome products, and their service was second to none!

They invited us to just stop by to say hello if we are traveling their way in the future.

Bottom line, they have set a standard for customer service.

We cannot say enough good about the company. They took such good care of us when we had our water heater installed. We was going to spend the night in their spot for RV’s but they were full, they paid for us to go to a campground over night. This is a company who cares about their customers. It was so nice to have endless hot water today for our showers. Thanks again so much to all of you at Truma.

Awesome customer service from everyone we dealt with at the Elkhart location. Our Combi unit had developed a leak and the Truma team got it trouble shot and replaced with a brand new unit in less than 1.5 hours and got us back on the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Great customer service from a company that stands behind a great product.

Our Isata 3 truma water heater had a leak. Found
that fixing it close to home was going to be expensive and not timely. We needed a road trip. Chantel and Michael were awesome. The building is beautiful, two RV sites in the back for overnight. Half the price and very timely. Elkhart is a great little town to visit. Thanks guys, you were so helpful.

I would give them more stars than this but 5 is the max.
We received our 5th wheeler and the dealer had not winterized correctly which caused us issues.
I called them up and on the same day they told me to bring it in and they had it all fixed. Since then we have used the system and has been without issue. I measure this by my wife's showering time without complaint :)
Great product and great service.

What a great bunch of people and a great company to work with. Jason, my tech, was professional, polite, and confident. I will be a Truma customer whenever possible (and it looks like more cool (and hot products!) are on the way soon!).

Great staff who take the time to track down industry support options that are not directly related to their own products.
