Boling Vision Center - Goshen Office

Everyone was very friendly and professional from start to finish! Stef at the front desk was an absolute delight and made the whole process a breeze. I will drive the extra time to come to this office based solely on how friendly and caring the staff is.

I had a great experience with all the staff I had contact with. Ellie was thorough, very kind and patient. John was outstanding! If he ever moves to a different office, please let me know! He was such a pleasure to meet and work with!

Tanay scheduled our appointment over the phone and checked us in for our appointment. She was so sweet, helpful and kind. The lady who did my son's pre eye exam was also kind and sweet- wish I remember her name too. Great exam. No complaints at all. Wonderful experience.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and skilled at their job. They have been coached well and obviously attentive to giving good customer services.

Tanay was a really great receptionist, I loved how she treated me and other patients, she was also great at giving her opinion on a new set of glasses I wanted! She’s a great person with an amazing attitude!

Tanay did an excellent job gathering all needed information as a new patient. She was kind and sweet. I loved working with her.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Heil is amazing and went out of her way to accommodate me on a late Tuesday afternoon as an add on. Super appreciated and very happy with my visit. I was very pleases with my visit from pre-arrival phone call to each step of my visit and exam. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered clearly. A shout out to DeAshton my optician. I enjoyed our conversation and he was extremely helpful and thoughtful. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses.

Brought my 9 month old in to see Dr. Heil. The staff was sweet, kind and courteous the whole way through. They were very accommodating to my needs with my baby and so good with her. They made her smile took their time with her. She barely fussed at all during the visit. I felt comfortable and that my daughter was cared for.

The staff are very helpful, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. My only concern is how expensive the glasses have become. Riley was very helpful in trying to get me to a cost I was comfortable with. However, I decided to wait. No reflection on staff.

Technician Julie was so kind and helpful. She explained things well, answered questions and made me quite at ease.
Registration and check out were very courteous and efficient.
Dr Heil is kind and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. She even asked about my Mom!
