I have used this company twice with work. The first experience was fine and awards came back correct but the recent one motivated us to find another vendor. We were not notified that they were not using part of our files submitted and they rekeyed the text on 13 awards. My file submitted was correct and double checked by our copy department and our client but they did not use that file. Instead they returned the proof with a typo on one award which was not caught until we received the final awards. Because they push all the responsibility onto the customer during the proof we were not able to come to a mutual compromise on correcting the award. We were willing to pay for part of the award cost that should easily have covered the raw materials and shipping. But they were only willing to remove the run charge "shipping" (if they used our ups code) and part of some other handling fee.

On a positive note the awards we received had a high finished quality and looked good. If you use them make sure they let you know if they are rekeying or modifying your design so you know where to look on the proof for mistakes. If they would have told us I would have bee able to quickly give them an alternative file.
