What a great tour by @kristencrume!!! She spent time going around the entire facility and answered all our many questions. What a great learning experience. So many things go into the building of a Luxe Fifth Wheel or Luxe Toy Hauler. They definitely build an amazing RV! The attention to detail is excellent as they think of the big and small things.

Paula and I look forward to working through the process with Kristen on determining what we want in our RV! So many great options!

We picked up our Luxe this month. After 7 months of waiting for this beautiful rv we finally have it. They worked with us from the very beginning and even after pickup they have been kind and answered all our questions. We feel welcomed and heard. Everyone is great.

How do you know when a place is "HOME"? We knew we wanted to get a Luxe "someday", but it always felt like it was the unobtainable dream... until one day four years later, we decided to go all in and make our full time home the 44FB. The build process was exciting and terrifying, but once we let go and put our trust into the Luxe team, every single option we selected was installed with precision and expertise rarely seen in the RV industry. The Quality Control team has made vast improvements in 2021 in how Luxe RVs are built, making this brand top quality and affordable for full time living. From pick up at The RV Factory, through our full time journey in our new RV every moment has felt every moment like HOME. Sometimes we sit and marvel at how lucky we are to be living in something so beautiful, built so magnificently, and STILL have the ability to pick up and move wherever we want for a change of scenery. Let's talk custom builds: our garage was built specifically for our kids. Having to home school in the state of NJ when full time RV loving meant that our boys needed a haven they felt safe, secure, and comfortable in, while still allowing them each space and maximum capacity for learning and schooling. The Luxe Team built two bunk beds, two desks with dressers, a gigantic closet, and still managed to fit a half bathroom! The boys LOVE their space, and love even more that they have full access to the patio, to take their "school days" to the outdoors.

I've listed a ton of pros, but what about the cons?
This is an investment in a full time RV lifestyle, and is priced as such. If you are aware of that reality and are ready to take the plunge, this isn't a con; it's just "the way". With Luxe, you are getting what you pay for: quality, reliability, and a Team of people behind the brand who genuinely become your family.

I looked at Luxe trailer showroom in Mansfield, Texas last season and again this spring. I called the office in Elkhart, Indiana and they give you a passcode to go in and look at the trailers at our own pace and with our own discretion.
I had finished looking at the trailers. I had some questions so I called and asked for someone with cargo carrying capacity knowledge to answer my questions.

Pete Bundy at The RV factory (Luxe) ended up calling me back and answered my questions extremely helpful very knowledgable very friendly answered my questions and I ended up calling back and asking more questions. Very helpful. Very patient. I can’t say enough about everybody that I’ve talked to at this company they have all been excellent from Claire reception, Oscar in operations, Tiffany and sales all very good to deal with.
I’m currently going to be buying a used Luxe but when the stars align, I will likely end up buying a new one from these people because they’ve gone above and beyond answering my questions on a trailer that’s already going on five years old.
To Pete and all the people at The RV Factory Keep up the great work if your trailers anywhere near as good as your customer service you’ll easily have the best trailer on the market by far. 👍👍

Its been a year in a half since we bought this awesome Luxe Elite 42MD-vanity from the RV Factory. Its hard to put into words how happy we are with the unit and the service before and after the sale. Brienne was our sales rep on this unit and we have gone back multiple times to buy things from them because or her attention to details. I can say we will never own another 5th wheel unless it is a Luxe, the after sales service is beyond great. As with all RVs we are going to have a oops or something breaks at no fault of anything except it was time to break. The team at Luxe is all over it and gets us what we need, to me that is the most important thing to a sale. The quality in the unit is by far the best thing on the road for 5th wheels. I can't wait to buy my next Luxe!!!

Kristen was our factory representative and she did an amazing job. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional and will go the extra mile to answer your questions. This is my 3rd RV purchase and has been my best experience by far.

As for Luxe, there is no comparison to the quality, fit and finish of their fifth wheels. They make the entire experience simple and enjoyable.

I wanted to give a shout out to the RV Factory. We have had very few problems with our LUXE 39FB (purchased last December). There was minor plumbing issue with the hot water heater hookup and a slide topper had to be replaced. These repairs were authorized by Alice Manzur or Pete Bundy immediately--they told the RV Tech to do "whatever it takes to make Mr. Licari happy."
Our last issue was electrical--one of the screws holding the common (white) wire in the circuit box was stripped on installation and two wires came loose, giving us intermittent service to the microwave and the charging converter. This had us fooled for a while because we have a ton of solar so the batteries were always kept up, until we parked inside. We had an electrician troubleshoot the problem, and he found it and tightened all the connections, and we are back in business. Again Pete authorized payment immediately.
The LUXE was not cheap, but the quality is the best you are going to get, and they certainly back up their work. I could not be more pleased.
We will hang out here in Montana until after the Holidays, and then head out to Paradise Oaks in central Florida. Can't wait!

Checked out the LUXE products in Hershey this weekend. Far superior to most products we looked at. We found Kristen Crume to be a very knowledgeable sales person and great to work with. We also had our technical questions answered by Chris who was also of great help. Thank you both for your time!

These Folks are the greatest, I just finished a plant tour, their attention to detail and quality level was the best I have seen on my stay in the Elkhart IN. area. I recommend you go see for yourself and be sure to schedule a tour of other RV factories while you are there. The difference is amazing none of the "Slam Bam" rushed piece rate production at The RV Factory. They are very open and transparent about their production process. The tour is a very personalized experience and I literally showed up without an appointment and was walking the floor with a Factory Rep in 15 minutes. I asked to see certain areas of RV making I was interested in and they were very accommodating. The product was really high end and innovative...got a chance to see the LUX Gold. The light cabinetry was gorgeous and the attic storage was unique and practical for a full-time fifth wheel. Really a nice independent company, they also offer a degree of customization.

We could not be happier with our purchase of the Luxe Toy Hauler we took delivery of last week. It was a pleasure meeting everyone there and witnessing the great pride ALL the employees had in constructing such a beautiful camper.... Let the season begin as we cannot wait to be traveling first class in it!

All the representatives were great! Kristen answered my questions and then some. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and workmanship of Luxe campers vs other high end campers I’ve reviewed in comparison. The only negative my husband felt was advertising for Texas was not clear it was a showroom only of several current models. I’ll take some of that blame because I wasn’t clear in my discussion with him.

This was a wonderful experience to be able to tour the facility that builds these wonderful units. As a Mobile Tech company, we appreciate being able to speak with the builders and see just how and why certain things are they way they are in a Luxe. The construction is super high quality and very Impressive!

We had Mrs. Tiffany giving our tour and she did amazing in taking her time and explaining all details along with answering our questions. We thank her for treating us so well.

If taking RV tours is on your list then I highly recommend taking the tour of the Luxe factory to see and appreciate the difference in the quality compared to the rest.

Purchasing from the RV Factory was a very nice experience. The people are wonderful and great to work with. Very very accommodating! Our new Luxe Elite 42RL is fabulous! We love it more with each passing day! Quality is very good! This trailer is very solidly built and cabinetry is outstanding! It also pulls amazingly well. I just can't say enough about this superb coach! 5 stars 🌟 are not enough!

If I'm not mistaken, the Luxe 5th wheelers were originally manufactured by Augusta RV in Bristol. I used to work for Augusta and this is the plant that really helped me to understand quality over quantity. The units we built were stunning and the interior fascia was custom made and delivered to us by a local Amish wood worker.

I went with my daughter and son-in-law to see a toy hauler and tour the factory where they are made. Kristin was so helpful and informative. The workers at the factory were also very helpful. Kristin wanted us to see the different floor plans and one had to be moved in order to move out the slide. They were so pleasant and accommodating! The quality of the materials and construction is the best I've ever seen. They are NOT a mass production company. They produce only about 1 a week; so there is a wait, but it is well worth it.

Today we met Kristen who took us on a tour of the 2022 beautiful Luxe 5th Wheel models. We learned about the sturdy construction that sets Luxe apart from all others, as well as the durable materials used in the elegant decor. I especially liked how they mixed the colors to make each room unique and separate. Thank you Kristen for sharing your knowledge regarding all things Luxe. We had a good time and look forward to seeing you and all the newest RV models at the 2023 Tampa Super Show.
