I’ve now bought kayak racks for both vehicles from Fluid Fun and both times they were so helpful and took the time to make sure I ordered the right parts. They’ve got a nice shop with a good selection of all things kayak. The staff is always friendly.

I saved up for a few years to get my dream kayak, then I ran into a big problem. I spent the next year going to and calling up about 20 camping stores trying to find one that could place a special order for me, I found out that the big stores don't do special orders and the small ones don't sell Epic Kayaks. Fluid Fun is 4 hours away from me but they were the only ones I could find that were able to help me get a crazy long and apparently somewhat rare kayak. I've seen Epic kayaks on the waters near me but was never able to catch up to the kayakers with my super slow 14ft one to ask where they got it. Fluid Fun made the special order process really easy and kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend Fluid Fun, and even though they're in a different state from me, I'll probably be back there again!! Thanks guys, I love the V14 and can't wait to get it on the water 🛶

Love this place!! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been a customer for years. They have tons of kayaks in their outdoor “showroom”. They are right on the water and you can try the kayak before you purchase. Don’t hesitate to go check them out for any kayaks, racks, accessories you need!

So being a business owner myself and in customer service, I understand how important reviews are. I have two Hobie kayaks now that I love, but was looking to try the bicycle pedal type drive on the new Jackson Knarr and the gentleman there were more than helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and to make sure I was comfortable with my demo And then I wanted to try another kayak and after some conversation, they pointed me in the direction of a native which I hadn’t been thinking about but was able to demo. It was really impressed with the quality and gave me another option. Customer service was stellar. I am undecided at this time on the kayak , as I may go back for another demo before I decide, but if I buy anything outside of a Hobie it will definitely be from them. Thanks for the great service.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely am in love with this kayak!!

Fluid fun from the start has shown nothing but great customer service. I am from Angola, Indiana and first found about them threw a kayak manufacture website. I made an appointment with Michelle and explained to her I am not a small person and I wanted to make sure that I would fit and be comfortable. After driving the hour to get there in the dead of winter I find that Michelle has set out (in the 6" of snow we had) choices to choose from including the one I picked out on the manufacture website. WELL lets just say the moment I sat in the one I picked out on the web she knew I was not comfortable and she let me know not to worry she has one she think I will like. Well let me tell you that this kayak is perfect!! It is a Solar 135 by Current Design and its fast across the lakes but yet able to get in the tight spots.

I broke a foot peg the other day (my own fault) so I sent an email to Michelle and within 24 hrs she has already respond and is on the case and has provided different routes we can take for replacing it.

I wish all companies I deal with were as fast and efficient as Fluid Fun. I would refer them to anyone and I assure they will provide the best service.

On August 15, 2017 I purchased my Native Watercraft Slayer 10 at Fluid Fun in Bristol, IN. I worked with the manager, Michelle. She was fantastic. I had never owned a kayak before. This a fishing kayak and I have had many hours of catching fish and enjoying nature. If you live in NE Indiana, Southern Michigan or NW Ohio it is worth the trip to go here for a kayak. These folks are kayakers that know the sport and have a real love for what they do.

In 2021, I purchased my Native Slayer Max 12.5 from Fluid & Fun. And back then, it was a fantastic experience. Fast foward to today 7/2023. In a tournament over the weekend in rough water I discovered I was taking on a lot of water in side the hull and making it unsafe to stay on the water. After searching everywhere, I found a fracture in the kayak's hull under the seat. I called Fluid & Fun and spoke to Michele out of concern that I might need to purchase a new kayak. She was really helpful in informing me that the warranty might cover it. I shared pictures of the crack to her. And she went to work. A few hours later, she called me again to confirm that it was in fact covered by warranty. She also let me know that she had a replacement Native Slayer Max in stock and I could pick it up whenever I got the time. I drove 2 hrs to there location to pick up the kayak that same night. In short, Michele and the team at Fluid & Fun had me back on the water fishing the same day.

Staff is helpful and courteous, added feature they are on the St Joe River so you can try out a boat before you buy it. It helps on making a decision on expensive items. Got the wife a new day touring kayak.

We are first-time kayak buyers and won't shop anywhere else. We bought 2 kayaks, 1 used and 1 new, and are extremely happy with our decisions. When we pulled in we didn't know what to expect and we were blown away with the selection. The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable to help direct us in the right direction. It was an all-around comfortable experience and will happily make the trip back down from St. Joseph, MI for any future needs. Thank you to Michelle and John for all of your help!

I drove over 4 hours to go to Fluid fun. An it was totally worth it. Got to try out diffrent yaks in the river behind the shop to truly understand the difference between each model. Of course I left with a brand new kayak, an one that I will keep for a long time. Thanks for such a great experience.

Great service made better by a great deal. I purchased my first fishing kayak and was pleased with the advice and service I received. Very happy with the price I got on an outgoing model. I also got 10% off accessories because of my boat purchase. Able to arrange a pickup appointment during the COVID pandemic. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience at Fluid Fun. I went there to buy a kayak. After meeting Michelle and asking for some input we headed to the boat I ask about when calling earlier. John mentioned a totally different boat as a possible fit. Michelle took me to that boat. I sat in it and saw a boat sitting next to it. 13'-6". Perfect. They were so helpful and yet not pushy. I'll be back. Pleasure doing business there.

Found a sweet little trailer here for my fishing kayak. John was super friendly and helpful, even making some adjustments on my truck wiring to get all the lights working properly. I would definitely shop here again. Good people.

We drove from northwest Indiana to get the kayak we wanted. Our experience was great. We didn't feel pressured to buy something different than what we wanted. The staff was friendly and informative. We walked away with a new kayak and plan to get our next one from here as well.

I made a 5 hour round trip to buy kayaks from Fluid Fun. They had kayaks in stock that no one else can get. Super friendly folks. Very good prices. Their inventory sheet on their website is updated regularly and appeared very accurate. It was worth the drive.

Highly recommend! Gina spent a lot of time with us going over the pros and cons of various kayaks helping us to find the best fit. She is knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to buy a boat or gear that was more than what we needed. Great place to do business!

The people at Fluid Fun are the best! I went there because they had demo models of the kayaks I was interested in. Gina showed me a used Epuc that was just what I was looking for. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. John, the owner, showed us a solid rack system that will work with both my husband's and my car. I highly recommend Fluid Fun.

This place is awesome! They have a huge selection and great customer service! My wife and I worked with Steve and Michele when deciding which kayak to buy and they were both a huge help! Steve helped pick the right kayak for me and knew a ton about fishing kayaks! He also helped find my wife one as well! Michele was very friendly and there to help the whole process go smoothly! They also stayed after closing time to let us test out the kayaks on the St. Joseph river. They are located right on the water so you can try out multiple kayaks or canoes to pick out which one is right for you! This is the place to go to buy your kayaks or canoes!!! The experience I had in purchasing my Wilderness tandem kayak, on short notice hours before my vacation, was outstanding. Stephanie was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and purchase of my first kayak for my wife and I. OMG... These guys are fantastic! Not only did they have the kayak I wanted, but got 2 plus all the accessories we needed!! Their knowledge and assistance is something you won't get at a box store. They answered all our questions, gave us the information we needed, and helped us load them to our vehicle. Miko, the dog, was a pleasant greeter!! Will definitely refer and promote these folks..
