College Inn Bed & Breakfast

What a great experience! I enjoyed the walkability and the accessibility to stores and restaurants. The coffee shop next door was a perfect space to work or to meet with friends or colleagues. The room, bathroom, and other areas of the home were clean and neat. A cozy atmosphere. Home away from home. I will definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for one night. Communication with the owners was excellent and everything was exactly as described. We arrived in the evening and were given instructions prior to arriving about where to park, how to get in and where our keys would be. Upon arriving we were quite pleased with the cleanliness of The College Inn. It's a cute and cozy place directly across the street from IWU. We ended up meeting the owner while we sat on the porch, just enjoying the evening. She introduced herself and was quite lovely to talk to. She told us if we needed anything to call or text! I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We were traveling to the area for a football visit at the college. We arrived super late at night and were pleased that everything was exactly as it was explained to us in advance. The room (#7) was cute and the bed was comfortable. It really felt like staying at a friends house. Breakfast was provided at the cafe next door. The ladies were so sweet and great to talk to and the breakfast was yummy. My football player son could have eaten more, but we were please to find that they also offered things like bagles, toast, yogurt, granola, and even frozen breakfast burritos in the kitchen at our house. We were pleased with our time here and will definitely recommend.

Our team has been coming to Marion for 3 consecutive years for the Shift Sector Airstrip Attack 1/2 mile speed competition. This was our second year staying at the College Inn, we chose to stay here for multiple reasons. This place feels like youre staying at a family members home. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you may need. We will back again next year for sure. -Paul

Amazing place to stay!! Went with fam for a church trip and couldn't have asked for anything better, treated us like family! My daughter loved them too! Def have the place booked for both next year and the year after that for the next church trips!!

Great location. Awesome host. Beautiful house. Rooms were awesome with walk in showers. Plenty of room to sit and relax. I highly recommend the place to stay in Marion.

College Inn B&B had everything I needed to make my stay in Marion a good one. The room was comfortable, the WiFi was great and the breakfast was very good. I am a vegetarian and the hosts made some of their specialty breakfast burritos just for me to enjoy. When I return to Marion for work, I'll be sure to stay here again.

I stayed there during my son official visit at the Indiana Wesleyan University football program. I had the most amazing experience.
Jack, the owner is one of the nicest person I ever met. The place is very romantic, it's not like the traditional hotel. You really feel home. Everybody is like family. Only ten rooms or ten families at the same time. You use whatever you want, fridge, kitchen, coffee, tea, cookies, refreshments are for everyone. Beside the TV in each room, there is also one available for everybody to watch together at the family room. The building I was in has a quiet, antique and romantic porch.
The best of all is the breakfast. Mostly everyone in this town is Christian and trying to make an impact on you when you go back home. I will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very cozy atmosphere and it feels very welcoming. Perfect location if you’re visiting a college student at IWU. Breakfast was good! We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful bed and breakfast! My wife and I had such a relaxing visit and great family time. Our two little ones enjoyed the dormer in room 10 because it was a perfect place for them to stay and have a little space of their own. It was tastefully appointed and we enjoyed the modern convenience mixed with old farmhouse charm. It’s in a great location and is easy to find. And Jax’s cafe made for a perfect breakfast time. Definitely staying here next time we’re in Marion.

This was our second stay. We got room #2 this time and really enjoyed it. It's right off the kitchen and had a golf theme. The adjoining bathroom was spacious and nice. Thanks, Jack, for your always kind hospitality!

Stayed here for my moms graduation. Although we got in late they still had the room ready. They had snacks out. The owner was really nice I really appreciated his help. The room was great and fit 4 adults very comfortably. Thank you for your cooperation. Had a great stay.

The Inn melds country charm with modern comfort and convenience very nicely. I stayed at the Inn regularly for 7 months and looked forward to every visit. I found the rooms very comfortable and I appreciated the availability of the kitchen, refrigerator and coffee!! Jack is sincere and very helpful and truly will do whatever he can to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything that you need.

Wonderful place. Quaint, clean, hospitable,....and the best breakfast EVER! (Ask Jack to make his French toast casserole with caramel glaze.) We were so happy to find some place in Marion that out ranks any hotel in the area...and is LESS expensive! It was such a nice reprive. I loved the fact that we were literally across the street from Wesleyan University. I walked over every day to watch my son's in a basketball tournament and I've already booked our room for next year. Thanks Jack!🏡

What a relaxing place! The accomodations are well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast are a healthy portion and made for those with dietary restrictions in mind . The price is perfect and below the cost of the hotels in the area. The owners are sincere and polite. No need to look anywhere else to stay.

Home feeling. Very Cozy. Nice, clean, quiet environment. Soft Bed. Warm shower. Good and FRESH homemade breakfast. Friendly boss and workers. Close to college campus and grocery store. Coffee house next door. A place to relax.
