The entire team was very professional and available at all hours to help me and my husband buy our first house. They were able to put in offers very quickly once we decided we wanted to, which was great in this competitive market. Jake's experience and background in construction was also extremely helpful while looking at houses that needed remodeling and he would help tell us from his experience what we would be able to do renovation wise. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this team! They feel like such a loving family that cares very much about their clients and making sure they find the home they absolutely love! Overall they made buying our first house a great experience!

We moved to McMinnville from a different area and Anna/Willamette Valley Real Estate Team was and continues to be a fantastic realtor to work with as we transition to our new town. Throughout the process, Anna provided clear and consistent communication to us and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Buying a home can be quite cumbersome, but we felt more confident going through the process with Anna and her team on our side. We had some glitches in part of the closing process due to inclement winter weather (causing us not to physically be present for a final home walkthrough), but Anna made sure to FaceTime us and take us through with the builder and advocate on any issues on our behalf. We highly recommended Anna and her team for all your real estate needs!

I met them under unfortunate circumstances with the. Death of my step father. They not only guided me through the process, which I so appreciated as I had never even bought a house and was now selling one, but they were able to be caring and made me feel as though I was their only client. They made time for me and helped me through the process. We had a few bumps along the road, but Jon was there the entire time to support me every step of the way.
I really appreciated the entire team as they all worked together with me since I was in another state (which just added another wrinkle to the whole thing). They were responsive to my needs, and worked to make sure the process went smoothly.

You can’t ask for a better realtor than Jake Hemstreet. Jake makes you feel like family, he’ll go the extra mile for you. In fact, he once helped carry a piano down a flight of stairs for my mother-in-law and get it safely relocated to her new home! A real class act!
