Harbor Freight Tools

Harbor freight has very knowledgeable employees. I ask where an item is and take me right to it. Which saves me time going thru the whole store, so now when I go. I ask an employee and they show me where’s it’s at. So I’m in and out. Which I appreciate.

I'm looking for cow bells... found online that my local store carried... went in and asked the cashier who directed me precisely to them. Excellent! I like a staff that knows their products. Saved me lots of time.

Dealt with store manager I was there to buy a tool box that was on sale didn’t like it he helped me look at a couple more was very friendly and helpful!

First time visiting the Warsaw store. Went for a specific item. Was in stock, abundantly. Sunday afternoon on race day/Holiday weekend. Manager was super cool and employee was extremely knowledgeable. This is definitely my new go-to Harbor Freight store!

Had the chicken vindaloo today. Soooo good. The delicious flavors stay on the tongue long after eating. I'm going to get that dish again!

Good quality tools. I haven't had any defective tools out of this place. They usually have exactly what I need. I've bought sanders, grinders, sauntering equipment and drills here and they all still work now. The people are friendly and helpful, and they are never too busy and you can get in and out pretty quickly

Always have fun at the tool store. Great deals if you watch what your purchasing. The staff for the most part are friendly. There are a couple that act like they do not want to be there. I have bought many tools from here. If there is any problem with any tool especially pwr tools i recommend you purchase extended protection. Easy exchange they have your information in there data base. Sometimes you can upgrade your purchase if its available. You can get great deals on tools hear. I have shopped at several locations across the us.

Justin was so helpful yesterday. Not only did he recommend the correct straps to tie down a curio cabinet, he came out to the truck, retied the knots in the existing rope and installed the purchased straps. A family heirloom made a 2 hour trip unscathed. Thank you!!! Customer service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This has to be the cleanest HF in America. Also every employee is very friendly, I was asked at least 4 times by different employees if they could help me. Great job HF !
